Fresh products!
I love using tumeric for cooking and tumeric shoot. Its fresh and the quality is very good and it tastes great and also support your immune system. Just be careful if your peeling them, try using gloves so i wont stain your hands/fingers. Other than that, excellent!

Decent size pieces. Gave it all a good clean, cutting off black ends and a peel if needed. Good for freezing after.

Fresh...big roots!
This turmeric root is value for money compared to stores or supermarkets I have used. The roots are big so are much easier to peel than smaller roots. The smaller roots I usually buy do seem to be a richer orange...are more waxy and may have a slightly stronger taste than these big roots...but these are super fresh and I'm sure have the same nutritional value. I peel the whole pack...grate them in a food processor and partially freeze spread out on a tray...then transfer to a container to keep in the freezer and use when needed. Be prepared for orange hands for a day or so after peeling!...😆...Great to have readily available to use in cooking and for my morning drink of grated fresh turmeric and ginger...tblspn organic apple cider vinegar...a grinding of black pepper and a big tspn of honey all steeped in hot water and strained through a sieve. Nature's anti inflammatory...😋... An update...I continue to use this seller for my turmeric. The quality is consistent and my recent order couldn't be any fresher...🙂...

Turmeric soft and soggy after removing stuck paper off it
Many pieces damp, soft, soggy and needing binned after an hour spent brushing all the tiny pieces of paper off it as they were stuck to the turmeric. Some of the turmeric was black, some of the turmeric was shrivelled and very little was usable.
