These inflatables fit both my 4-year-old and 6-year-old perfectly! I was looking for something snug and secure to help them stay safe while swimming in the waves at the beach, and these were exactly what we needed. These swim rings are the absolute best for a three year-old child or younger to learn how to swim. Would absolutely recommend them. Was given them by her swim coach and then purchased additionally. Would recommend for someone wanting a tube that is small enough and secure enough to hold a smaller child.
