My favorite soy sauce. It’s not super salty and has a excellent smooth flavor.

This is our go to soy sauce. I am not much of a soy sauce lover but I have to be honest and say this is my favorite. We make alot of sushi/poke bowls in our house and we use this soy sauce cause we make our spicy tuna. Great for when I just want some rice, sliced tomatoes and kimchi. Doesn't seem as salty and have a hunt of sweetness. You will not be disappointed

If you've done any of the same type of research I've done, you've definitely come across the Sempio 501 as a recommended Korean soy sauce. It has good flavor and works great with Korean food recipes that I have made.

I received what I thought was an expired product but the seller reached out to me with an explanation that I will post below so that buyers understand the dates on the product. Also, buyers need to know that the product contains high fructose corn syrup and comes in a plastic bottle. I didn’t know that when I purchased. We ship products with sufficient expiration dates to the Amazon warehouse, and the Amazon FBA system thoroughly manages the expiration date, so the product you received is a product that has not passed the expiration date. The expiration date on this product is written in the format of 'DD.MM.YYYY', and the format is printed along with the date on the bottom of the product. We apologize for the inconvenience, as this date notation differs from the American date notation (MM.DD.YYYY). We will change the packaging so customers can see the expiration date more clearly. excellent flavor! i will buy it again!

I can't find this soy sauce anywhere near our home. The package arrived quickly and the bottle was perfectly packed. I know it cost more than if I drove 50 miles to buy it at H Mart, but even in a Prius, it would have cost me more to make the pilgrimage. This is hands-down the best soy sauce. I'm glad I could get it delivered to my door with so little fuss.
