Best seaweed. Super durable. Made gimbap, California sushi rolls, consistently durable seaweed wrap. Rolls do not break apart when I cut them into pieces. Seaweed flavor is the perfect taste, not too strong, not too mild of a taste. There is no bad aftertaste. Would buy this again...I found my favorite seaweed brand on Amazon. Before this, it was 10 sheets at the store for an expensive price tag. Have it on Amazon as subscribe and save - great find (50 sheets)! I previously purchased a different brand which gave 200 quantity, but the quality is not as good. Totally worth the price - I would hope it stays this way because this is my go to seaweed for rolls. The seaweed is not too thin. It has the right thickness so you can stuff more into the rolls without worry of the seaweed wrapper breaking. The texture is smooth on one side and rough on the other side. I put the sushi rice and filling on the rougher side so when I roll the outside has a shiny appearance - more aesthetic. Super easy to pull out the seaweed wrappers, they do not break apart when pulling out of the packaging. Love the bag it is packaged in - resealable. I have had a gimbap every day since I purchased it. The wrappers last a long time. I put it as an every 2 month subscription.

Good quality and the taste is great

WE have been using this nori sushi wrap for some time to make homemade sushi. It seals in the rice fairly well and does a great job without having a weird texture or being too thick. It always seems to have a fresh flavor. My only issue is that it sometimes breaks apart faster than other brands, making it very difficult to store since it breaks easily. It's a bit expensive, but it still works.

Good flavor and quality; super easy to make maki rolls! No fishy smell. I first purchased a small pack, then the 50 pack. In the small pack, I found that a number of the sheets were torn, but still usable to roll. So far, halfway through the 50 pack, there haven’t been any torn sheets. The sheets are strong and don’t get soggy from rice. I find that some of the prepared rolls tend to fall apart at the seams after a couple days in the fridge, but maybe that’s to be expected due to the moisture of fillings. I also appreciate that these are organic and clearly labeled vegan-friendly! Great product and has become a staple for our vegan household. PS. Pictured roll combo (all organic ingredients): marinated baked tofu, mango, cucumber, bell pepper, red cabbage, sesame seeds, and short-grain brown rice.

Musubi. Add to soups. Wrap around rice balls. Sushi. Sashimi. I put my nori to as many uses as my dried spinach. I don't eat them as snacks but my daughter can make a packet disappear by eating them toasted and covered with other ingredients. I just have to keep them in stock.

The sheets are tasty. However, a few were already ripped upon opening the bag. A couple more cracked as they were being rolled. Not sure if they were older, or too dry or if it was a freshness or quality issue, but we didn’t have any backup sheets in the house, so we ended up short on rolls for dinner.

Love that it is clean and organic. Lighted roasted without oil or salt… yet deliciously tasty and addictive! Can’t stop eating! Definitely a healthier snack choice.
