Pleasant flavor, probably not a sleep aid
Pleasant mild, melon-ish flavor. I don’t think it makes any difference compared to other caffeine-free teas as far as improving sleep.

Have only tried a couple of nights. I do feel like I sleep better and tastes good. Not sure about the detox part, will continue to keep trying them to see if I feel anything different.
