I believe this is the first product review I have ever written in all the years I have used Amazon. I have not been compensated in any way for this review. I am 49 and menopausal and my skin is definitely changing. I have used several serums over the years. Based on reviews, ingredients, and the company’s profile, I decided to purchase this serum along with the Tree of Life BeautyAnti-aging Daytime Serum. I used both for one month before writing this review, and love both. Here are my thoughts on the Nightime Serum: The Nightime serum is amazing, and does what it says. Even after only 4 weeks, I see smoother skin, more even tone, and my sun spots (my main reason for purchasing this serum) are definitely fading. The fine wrinkles. around my mouth are still wrinkly, but possibly smoother, and I have hope that they will diminish with continued use. The product itself smells like Tea Tree, which I really like, and has a slight warmth/tingle when I use it on freshly washed skin. If I use after light microneedling, it stings a bit, but not much, and does not irritate my skin. Lastly, I would like to address the company itself. The customer support is outstanding. The company emailed me to be sure of my satisfaction, and provided detailed product usage info in the email. It is obvious that TOLB is (rightly) proud of their company and is excited to share their products with the public. I will continue to purchase from ToLB, and will recommend the company to friends and family.

CeraVe started making me itch so I found this quickly and was really interested to try this formula as it has so many good things. It is a really silky and thin lotion type serum that quenches freshly washed skin immediately and completely. About six drops is enough for my face, neck, and hands. I pair it with a Pacifica kale serum, Pacifica sunblock lotion and Australian Gold Mineral tinted sunblock for morning and a Pura dor vitamin c serum at night and they all work well together without irritation. My skin has become more delicate the past couple of years and my doctor said these ingredients will help repair and maintain my skin barrier.

The night serum is fabulous, the day serum is just okay. The night serum is fast absorbing and does not leave your face oily. It feels so good on your face. It is the consistency of a fine oil but is not oily. I've been using it for a few months and am already seeing skin tighting and improvements in skin tone. It smell like tea tree oil but the scent goes away once applied. I will definitely be buying the night serum again!!! The day serum I am not that impressed with. First off it is bright neon orange and smells strongly like cloves or something like pumpkin spices. I really don't like the smell and it seems to leave a slight orange tint on my face. The consistency is thicker than the night serum. Both serums come in a glass bottle with an eye dropper. The day serum is so thick it takes a few dropper pumps to get enough to apply to your face. Maybe I just got a bad batch of the day serum since there is variation because of natural ingredients.

Over the past several years, I’ve noticed subtle changes occurring in the appearance of my skin’s elasticity, complexion, and fine lines. I managed to go through my 30’s and early 40’s looking much younger than my age, though diet, exercise, and good genetics. Inevitably, aging does catch up at some point and in my mid-forties now, I’ve seen my skin age much more rapidly over the past 2-3 years than I did for the 15 years preceding. A few years ago, I started trying botanical oils of different kinds, including hyaluronic acid, rose-hip oil, vitamin C, and more recently, niacinamide. The problem is most of these oils had to applied separately as I was not finding an affordable solution containing a combination of these ingredients to cover the many aspects of aging skin. As I searched for a product, I came across Tree of Life Ultimate Age-Defying Serum. There are a lot of products out there claiming they will drastically improve the skin’s appearance but how do you truly know without trying each one, of which most are very expensive? Fortunately, I read many of the reviews for this serum and they were positive, and the price tag was very affordable, so I felt hopeful and ordered the product. The serum feels nice on my skin, not oily like many other serums and moisturizers I’ve tried. There is no unpleasant odor. Unlike many expensive creams on the market that feel like they are just coating my skin and clogging my pores, I can tell my skin is actually absorbing the rich nutrients. I have been using the serum at nighttime only for about a week and my skin feels softer already and my complexion looks brighter. I have a glow to my skin in the morning that was not present before I started using Tree of Life serum. I know I am still early on, but I am encouraged by what I’ve seen in such a short time. As the days have passed, I’ve started noticing my skin even feels more smooth and slightly more firm, which is causing some fine lines around my eye area to diminish. I expect this to improve over time if I am already noticing these positive changes in such a short time. I already know from research that our bodies, including the skin, replenish healthy cells while we rest more rapidly than during the day. Like I stated earlier, I was using a variety of serums and they were probably healthy for my skin, but they didn’t have all of the ingredients in one bottle like Tree of Life Ultimate Age Defying Serum does. I have found my nighttime go-to facial serum now and I’m excited to continue seeing improvements and ultimately enjoying healthy looking skin for years to come.

First, I just want to say that I love EVERYTHING I have tried from ToL Beauty! The two-pack Day/Night serum is the newest addition to my ToL product collection and it did not disappoint. Wow, I seriously saw results in less than 48 hours with just an overall improved glow and clarity to my skin! I love the textures of both. The Day Serum is thicker (more of a very thin lotion feel) and the Night serum is a very watery/liquid texture. Both are very nice! The night serum has more of a scent (reminds me of tea tree oil) but it is not offensive. I really actually like it. The Day serum doesn't have much of a scent at all. I have had no irritation or other negative side effects since incorporating these two into my regime and am super excited to keep seeing the results with them! I also just purchased their eye brightening gel and absolutely love it! I highly recommend this like and this 2 pack to anyone wanting affordable but effective skincare that loves seeing quick results! Seriously love this brand and will continue to repurchase and try new products from their line! Excellent customer service and shipping from them as well! 5 stars all around!

Love the product. A lot. But the packaging gave me major issues. The top keeps coming unscrewed. No matter how much I tighten it, it loosens up almost immediately. It's really weird, almost like the cap is the wrong size or something. It spilled all over my bag during a trip, which is how I found out that the packaging was faulty. Since then I've made sure to keep it upright on my counter, but it still dries out pretty quickly from being open all the time. Hopefully it's just my bottle that was off, and other people don't have this issue. Super sad I only got to use like a quarter of what I paid for, but lesson learned. I'm at the age where I'm starting to notice more wrinkles and stuff, but I also break out if I'm not careful. And I get dry patches, since I've got combination skin. I definitely noticed an improvement in my skin after using this product. The wrinkles look better, and it doesn't make me break out. I do have to make sure I moisturize during the day, though, or the dryness can get kinda bad- but that's partially just my skin type and from washing off makeup and stuff. I'd have given this product full stars, if it wasn't for the packaging. I'd recommend giving it a try, just be careful with your bottle.

If you struggle with skin barrier damage this serum is a MUST!!! I have struggled with my skin barrier on my face being absolutely ruined for almost 2 years now. It literally felt like acid was being dumped on my face every single day. Breaking out with painful pimples, rashy spots, etc. I’ve tried product after product and nothing has worked until I used this. After wasting many trips and money going to dermatologists and no help from them, I decided to give this serum a try. After using it for just 3 days my skin on my face finally started to feel normal again. I’ve now been using it (plus 4 other serums from this brand) for almost 2 months and I’ll never remove this or the other serums from my skin care routine. THEIR SERUMS ARE AMAZING!!!

I don’t write a lot of reviews, but this product absolutely deserves one. In short, IT WORKS! I am in my mid-40s and have combination, sensitive skin. I still get periodic mild acne breakouts and have a few wrinkles, and wanted something that would help address both. I decided to give this a try, and boy, I’m glad I did. After two weeks of use, I can honestly say my skin looks and feels better than it has since I was 20. After two days I could see and feel improvement in the surface texture of my face and neck, and within a week I saw a very noticeable improvement in pore size, overall smoothness, and I had ZERO signs of blemishes. My skin tone is much more even. I could go out without makeup if I wanted to, and I haven’t been able to say that for a long time. I mix a couple of drops of this serum with my regular nighttime moisturizer (a well-known one in a red jar), and it goes on smooth and comfortable. There was a tiny bit of stinging for the first few days, which means the retinol is working. Scent is very subjective, but to me the scent is pleasant - it’s a green, botanical, aromatic scent that fades over time, but I like it. YMMV. I also use it on my neck and chest, as well as on the backs of my hands. My skin is younger looking and smoother than it has been in years. I wish I had taken a before and after photo, but it didn’t occur to me. I’ll just say if you’re considering adding a product to your skin care routine, this is a worthy purchase. I’m glad I found it, and I’ll be reordering for as long as they make it!

Don't let the simple packaging deter you - this is a superior product. As soon as I added this to my night-time routine I immediately felt the difference in the tightness and revitalised quality of my skin. The texture is wet but it glides onto my skin and is absorbed beautifully. I cannot wait to try other products!

Value for money. It rejuvenate the skin & smoothen the skin with much better effect than other products in the market

I 'm interested in results for anti ageing. Have only just tried it for 1st time. Nice smell, bit of tingling (I need to put moisturiser on yet), so it must be doing something. Good value. Can't wait to see what the results are like.

Most important thing about this serum is that it feels good on skin. It also smells good, but the smell is not too strong.
