It was as I expected

I ordered these as I take magnesium on a daily basis. Currently I take 500mg so the increased amount of 760mg looked really good. The directions to take are 1 capsule at bedtime, which is different to what I have been advised to before, which is to take with meals due to the slight laxative nature of magnesium. I have continued to take these capsules with meals as previously directed. The capsules aren't marked as vegetarian/vegan which is a shame as that seems to be common now. I also realised on looking at the bottle that the manufacturer (Naveh Pharma) are based in Israel so if you are someone who is currently trying to limit Israeli products, that may be of interest to you.

I am going through menopause and always keen to try herbal products that will help alleviate symptoms. I have been taking Magnox Lady for a short time now and ensuring I don't take any other magnesium tablets at the same time. So far so good as I have been sleeping very well. I would like to think it is because of these tablets 😊 though it is still early days yet. If it continues, I am more than happy to keep buying these tablets as I only have to take 1 tablet each night.

I’ve used Magnesium and Zinc, or a ZMA formulation (a combo of Mg, Zinc and B6) at night for many years. Personally when I take such a combination I have much better sleeps and less calf cramps, but, everyone is different. Magnesium Oxide is one of the formats of Mg that has high elemental mg content, but doesn’’t absorb well. This supplement however, appears to have Magnesium Oxide Monohydrate from organic (the Dead Sea) sources, which according to the internet, is highly bioavailable, apparently it can be more than 2.5 time more effective. This is good. In addition to the magnesium, this supplement also has some B vits: B1, B6 and B12, and Zinc, and both passiflora and leonorus. I had no idea what they are but a bit of research suggests that they are thought to both be good for menopausal anxiety and insomnia, being calming. It seems like this is kind of like a fancy ‘ZMA +’ designed especially for menopausal women. Despite being fairly large-ish capsules they are still very easy to swallow and have no smell, taste or aftertaste. A serving is one capsule so the bottle has sixty days worth - personally I think this of good value. I can usually tell a decently absorbing magnesium based on the quality of one night of sleep and last night was excellent. I had a quick to fall asleep and then deep sleep - at least until the cats jumped on my head this morning. My only wish is that the Zinc content was at 15mg instead of 10mg.

Tablets are a good size and very easy to swallow. No changes in any thing that I can see or how I feel after taking these tablets. Its an all round magnesium supplement support for women targetted at relieving menopause symptoms. I have had a few nights betetr sleep since taking them, not sure if this has anything to do with the actual tablets though. Overall review..Not sure if they are actually doing anything.

The ingredients here don't seem to have anything that would preclude using these if you're a bloke; it's basically a mixture of universal supplements that will work for either gender without any actual pharmaceuticals in there that would need a prescription. And they do seem to work; I think if you're slightly deficient in magnesium these will definitely work for you, and quickly too. Magnesium is good for twitchy muscles or restless limbs, and it absolutely does promote better-quality sleep - the rest of the supplements like B6 etc. are innocuous but beneficial too. The only drawback is that the tablets themselves are pretty big, so you'll want a good quantity of liquid on hand to get them down.

These have helped to reduce and or eliminat the leg cramping that I was experiencing. I will definitely order again. This may not work for everyone but it has worked for me.

Update [2026-02-20]: After five years of rotating various magnesium types, this is still my favorite due to its high elemental yield. The efficiency per veg cap remains a benchmark for stacking my supplements. Original Review (updated for compliance): This is my favorite form of magnesium due to the unique magnesium formulation they use. The primary benefit is the high percent of elemental magnesium per veg cap. To provide a benchmark: Magnesium L-Threonate contains approximately 7.2% elemental magnesium (so one veg cap generally contains 48mg of elemental magnesium). Magnesium Citrate is roughly double that (16% elemental magnesium, so one veg cap generally contains about 100mg of elemental magnesium). This Magnox blend has 320mg per veg cap. For comparison, I also use the standard version from this same brand which provides 520mg of elemental magnesium per veg cap, when I want a higher concentration (200 more milligrams of elemental magnesium per veg cap). I think this is a good value, particularly because the high density makes them more convenient than taking multiple veg caps of other chelates.
