I have had a small packable camp chair in my trunk for years. I forgot how many times it has helped me out at kids sports and events where packing a chair just didn't cross my mind. It was important to me to replace that after it broke since I have become dependant on always having a chair in my car. I wanted something that packed small enough to throw in my trunk that I never had to take out in order to load something else up. I found out about Cliq through a random search and was immediately impressed by the size and portability. When fully compacted it is not much bigger than a Stanley style thermos. Size: Like I said above about the size of a stanley. It weighs in around 4lbs, and would fit in almost any daypack, backpack, or beach bag. You can buy a carry case for it separately. Assembly/Breakdown: First time out of the box with no instructions read, I was sitting in about 30-40 seconds. I am confident now that I know how to set it up it will take about 10-12 seconds. Breaking down is about the same but give it more like 20-30 seconds after you strap it up and secure it. It's really just as easy as advertised. However do not believe the video where the guy just throws it up and it "pops open" Yes that does happen, but there are some extensions you have to pull out first before sitting on it. To collapse the arms, you slide the extensions back in and then push the button at the center of all the arms and legs, this releases the lock and you can easily fold everything back up stuffing the chair material into the center. Comfort: Not the most comfortable chair out there, but as good or better than any I have found in this size range. I'm not looking for a soccer dad lay-z-boy. Just a chair I can easily set up and sit on with acceptable comfort. This checks the boxes. Extras: Unfortunately there's not much. I'd love to have the carry case but couldn't justify $30 for it. I put a large non climbing carabiner on it and it works fine for the walk to the fields. There is a mesh pocket that runs under the chair side to side that is nice for phone and key storage. Water bottle fit but become a bit uncomfortable if they are hard sided. Also if they are going to leak or sweat it will soak into the chair material so be aware. Otherwise this was a pretty clever add that most chairs do not have. Material: Solid. Much more robust than the other chairs I am used to. All the metal is rigid and the few plastic parts are very high quality. I have no concerns of this breaking due to normal use anytime soon. Overall this chair is pretty sweet and super portable. I have also got one for my wife's car since she is almost as bad at bringing chairs along as I am. From kids sports to hunting, if you need a portable small chair that easy easy to pack and quick to set up and break down, this one is worth it.

The CLIQ Chair arrives exactly as you’ll use it every day, wrapped up in its simple strap inside a nondescript brown box. I did something I don’t normally do for reviews like this, which is to immediately toss the directions aside and see if I could get the CLIQ up and running and less than 30 seconds just by looking at it; I did it in less than 20! To set it up, just undo the velcro strap, push the button on the bottom to release the legs (spring loaded!), and pull out each of the pillars for the 4 sides of the chair until they pop into place. That’s it! To take it down, you do the same process in reverse (with the one extra step of pushing down a few metal pegs so that the four pillars telescope back into a collapsed shape). Easy breezy. So, setup is a cinch, but you’re probably wondering if these hyper-portable chairs are actually comfortable to sit on. The answer? Absolutely. What was immediately surprising to me after using the CLIQ Chair in the wild a few times was how completely substantial the chair feels in practice. When it’s fully set up, the area where your butt rests is actually only a few inches shorter than the full-sized folding chair that you’re probably used to using. The legs click firmly into place and are super sturdy (more-so than another option I’ll cover in a minute), and my 5’10” 165 lb frame found the CLIQ Chair to be super comfortable, even if you’re sitting in it for a few hours. I frequently attend concerts at two venues that have lawn seating. Parking is not next to the seats. So a compact chair is a great way to go. Especially if you are going to stop at the brewery before the concert. This chair folds into a very compact, easy-to-carry cylinder. It fits into my large backpack with no issues and it has a ring that lets me attach it to my clear sling-pack for the concerts. For compactness, this is one of the best I have seen. And I have looked at a lot of options among my fellow lawn-sitters. Unfolded it is surprisingly sturdy for its size. The supports are solid and they lock firmly into place. The base locks into place firmly. The whole thing holds up a lot better than you'd expect if you were looking at it in its folded state. The minute you pick it up, you feel better as it is heavy enough that you get a sense of solidity, while still being light enough to be easy to carry. The one downside to this chair is that is just a little small for me. I am just over 6'1" and this chair is ok for me to sit in, but I am just slightly to long in the legs and torso for it. My weight falls in such a way that the chair either presses the back of my legs just under my butt and gradually cuts off the circulation, or I have to sit up, making it a bit unstable. On the flat lawn for the concerts, that is not a problem. If I were on uneven ground at a campsite, it would be. I don't use this at the beach where the sand is both uneven and soft. In any portable chair, you make trade-offs. The compactness of this chair makes it absolutely worth the minor issues with the sizing. Also, if you are 6' or shorter, you probably won't have these issues.

Received mine just a couple of days ago. Looks pretty cool, compact but feels durable - does not feel flimsy at all, meaning it is heavy. You can feel when it is folded - it is "dense.". what's good and appreciated 1. compact when folded - this is my primary reason getting these chairs, along with #2 and #3 below. 2. pretty good size when unfolded 3. pretty sturdy build - at least what i feel. 4. easy setup. 5. easy take down. Issues (or could be) 1. heavy for it's folded size - probably a factor of it's durable-feel build. I'm not convinced you will want to carry this on a hike. Though I don't see them highlighting (or even listing) it's weight on their website, but I may be wrong, though Amazon lists the item weight as 3.65 lbs. However, in comparison, a Helinox Sunset chair weighs 3lb 4oz. Hrmn... 2. on my 3rd time unfolding it, somehow the legs would not click into place. kept folding and unfolding it to see what was wrong, the button at the button was not stuck, and I could not figure out why it was not clicking into place. Eventually as I repeatedly folded an unfolded it, pressing the button, it eventually clicked into place. glad it did, because if it did not, all 6 i ordered would've been sent back for a refund. But still it made me nervous. Another Hrmnt... 3. The back (or seat back) leans in what could be a relaxing position but then seat back does not extend all the way to your neck so you end up leaning back "holding your neck" (either literally or flexing your neck muscles to keep your neck/head upright). not sure how this goes sitting in it for a while. I'll get back to this if it does turn out to be not an issue. Not an issue but a "hrmnt.." (does not bring a smile on my face at all, if it did it would be sarcasm). 1. as compact as "a water bottle" - not you 16oz bottle size compact, but double that volume. when they said bottle-size they were not lying, but then they probably meant the bigger bottle size -- ooh, marketing gotchas. 2. it's an easy setup - 5 seconds is possible if you practice and aim for it. but you're not gonna do it in 5 in regular use. compared you your folding beach chair (1 second set up and 2 second takedown haha) ? 3. its an easy takedown, but you have to press a total of 7 buttons to unlock the legs and extending arms to unfold them (6 nipples/buttons for the seat arms and the button at the bottom for the legs). It's still easy, but it's not mindless. You have to mind what you're doing. It still easy. oh well. haha.

I normally don't review items unless they meet either an extraordinary level of being great or very poor. I bought these chairs here on Amazon, after putting what I thought was a decent amount of research into this purchase. I wanted something quick & easily pack-able, relatively light- but strong and durable. There are chairs that have a similar weight limit of 275 lbs, that weigh a tad over 1 lb overall, but require the user to install the fabric each use. The Cliq chair weighs 3.5 lbs and rates at 300, easily fold-able, pack-able- no assembly required to sit down. Being on the heavier side I felt it would hold up over time, Perfect! And upon first use, I felt actually it was is sort of comfortable. Unfortunately, I weigh 215 lbs (well within the advertised limit) , and broke my chair using it in soft sand on the beach after only the 3rd time of use. Essentially a brand new chair, sat down on the beach with this chair for the first time in sand and the back leg snapped after a few minutes, splitting the aluminum in two places, rendering the chair as garbage. To make matters worse the little black screw holding the leg had fallen off and lost somewhere. Upon further inspection of both the chairs I bought: ALL OF THE SCREWS HOLDING THE LEGS ON AT THE BASE WERE FINGER TIGHT ON BOTH CHAIRS, a few others were about to fall apart and be lost also. I'm glad I caught that, at least... I felt I could easily return it, but once I looked into that and other people who have tried I didn't waste my time. The story is over and over I have read is that you can pay to ship it back and have it repaired at nearly the cost just to buy a new one & they won't send parts because it must be factory repaired. Service side is severely lacking. I imagine this will catch up to this company very soon. No more Cliq. So, I just took a hose clamp and and extra bolt & nut and pieced it back together, then I un-assembled the remainder of the other chair legs & used a drop of lock tight and reassembled properly at the base. Took maybe 30 mins. Time and money I will never get back. I'm writing this here to warn others not to waste your money and time, frustration with this chair. I will update this review if the company steps forward to send a replacement to me. Until then I'm extremely disappointed with this product.

I bought this 2 years ago, and I’ve used it a lot, and it’s pretty great. I keep it in a neoprene fire extinguisher holder strapped to the roll cage on my Jeep. It’s always handy and ready when I open the back door. It gets dirty regularly and cleans up easily and quickly. I got a good deal on it, and would happily buy again, now that I know the quality means it’s probably lasting many more years. Setup: If you can open an umbrella, you can set up this chair. It goes from (large-ish/44oz) water-bottle-sized to fully assembled in about 5 seconds. No wrestling poles, no guessing what clips go where. I’m not as talented and fancy as the guy flicking it open in the videos, but I can sit down pretty quickly 🤣 Portability: This thing travels easily in a backpack. I’ve taken it to ballgames, fire pits, parking-lot tailgates, Jeep trail rides, camping and even to the airport (TSA might be confused, but they’ll allow it!). It’s sturdy but unbelievably compact — the definition of grab-and-go. Comfort: For something this tiny, it’s shockingly solid. It feels like a “real” chair, not a tiny tripod or a gimmick. I’m roughly 6’ and 250lbs, and it still feels stable with no wobble or “am I about to die?” moments. I’m not plopping down or standing quickly because it’s lower to the ground, and I’ve got old man knees. That said, my dog is really happy about the height- I’m closer to her! Build Quality: The frame feels premium and durable, not like the cheap aluminum that dents when you look at it. The fabric is tight and supportive, and the whole chair gives off “buy once, cry once” energy. As I mentioned, I did get this on sale and at the time I felt like it was a little pricey. After two years, I can definitely say it was worth every penny. Zero problems, zero dense scratches, breakage anything. Top quality build and design in my opinion. Where it shines: • Camping & hiking • Kids’ sports • Outdoor concerts • Fire pits • Random parking lots when you refuse to stand (Anyone wanna meet at Target parking lot later to wait on the wives?) • Anywhere you need comfort without hauling a full-size chair If you want something lightweight, sturdy, and genuinely convenient — this is the one.

I've owned a Cliq chair for about two years. I use my Cliq chair in a number of situations and environments from camping to beach days. I mostly use my Cliq Chair on a daily basis as a soccer coach. I take my chair to practice to sit in while I change my shoes, sit and talk with players, and even while taping player's ankles. Sometimes my players even sit in my chair when they are injured and unable to participate. I also take my chair to weekend matches and that's almost every weekend and sometimes multiple games in a weekend. The Cliq Chair is easy to stow and carry. I carry mine in a UnderArmour SC360 along with a water bottle, extra clothes like joggers and a hoodie, as well as, a small first aid kit and utility pouch. The point is that it doesn't take up that much room and it doesn't require a set of hands to carry everywhere. I did have a slight problem with my first Cliq Chair in that it ripped right around the year and a half mark. It was out of warranty and unfortunately I wasn't able to get it replaced according to my initial interaction with customer service. So I actually bought another one because I really do like the chair. It's comfortable and easy to transport and setup. However I was hesitant to continue to use the new chair as much for fear that it couldn't stand up to the daily wear and tear. I reached out to Cliq Chair about my concerns but to be honest I was venting and expressing my dissatisfaction and concerns. To my surprise Cliq Chair responded and offered to have a new discussion. Holly Parker at Cliq Chair gave me confidence in the company and restored my faith that they really do care about their customers. She took my story and then to my surprise and great joy she replaced my original chair with no hassle, bargaining, negotiating, or requiring me to jump through any annoying hoops. So Cliq Chair is a great product at a fair price. I do highly recommend the chair even at it's current price point because Cliq Chair as an organization has demonstrated they care about the quality of their products but most importantly their customers. Great chair overall. It’s sturdy, comfortable, and easy to carry, which is exactly what I needed. The downside is the fabric. I’ve barely used mine and already noticed small holes in the seat. What’s more frustrating is that they don’t sell replacement seat/canopy pieces separately, so you can’t just swap out the worn part. I’ve reached out to warranty support and I’m waiting to hear back. Hoping they stand behind it, because otherwise this feels like an easy thing they could improve.

海外のキャンパーさんの動画に登場し、軽く持ち運びがしやすそうという印象から購入に至りました。 Helinox等の軽量チェアとはさすがに比較できませんし、重量はよくある安価なローチェアとほぼ同じか少しばかり軽いくらいですので持ち運ぶ限りは劇的な感動はありません。強いて言えばバックパックやコンテナにも簡単に入れて持ち運べるコンパクトさはひとつ買いの理由になると思います。 ただ、設営になるとその印象は変わります。 ワンタッチ、ではありませんが脚を開いて伸ばすだけ。この機構のためにお金を出しただけあります。 また座面がメッシュとナイロン生地のためサラサラとしており、座り心地はゆったりと包み込むような感覚のためちょっと腰掛けるだけでなくしっかりとくつろぐこともでき、荷物の少ないキャンプの場合にはメインチェアとしても扱えるでしょう。 個人的にとても買いだった良い商品ですが、購入のネックは値段にあるかと思います。 ここ最近でいくつか類似商品が出回っており、機構も同じようなもののためもしかするとさして遜色が無いのかもしれません。 しかし、比較した上での評価ではありませんがこちらのCliqは機構部分のスムーズさや座面とフレームの縫合など細かな部分をとっても所謂「ちゃんとした作り」となっており、特殊な扱いをしない限りは生地が裂けたりフレームが折れたりといったことは起きにくいと思います。 所有欲もしっかりと満たしてくれる商品ですので、購入に迷っている際はぜひ。

Great little chair, very convenient to carry around due to its small profile. Because of its build quality weighs a bit more than you expect for its size. Value for money, I’m not sure about as very expensive compared to other compact chairs, but you can see and feel where your money has been spent. I will be purchasing another when price drops a bit. I’d expect something in this price range to come with a carry bag but alas not so had to purchase an after market one for £10. I would recommend this chair as it is very comfortable to sit in and extremely easy to erect and pack away again. Great little chair👍
