I have mixed feelings about the product. I am sensing a funky smell in my nose, similar to that of baby formula which makes sense because some popular baby formulas have HMO in them. I have the same taste is in my mouth. This taste and smell isn't awful. I figure it is coming from my blood, similar what happens with DMSO and sulfur taste and body odor. I haven’t taken long enough to feel results. * Chatting with Gemini AI, Gemini said the odor/taste was due to bad bacteria dying. In further chatting Gemini agreed with me. **The taste in my mouth and smell in my nose disappeared on the 3rd day. Either Gemini was right or I became acclimated to it.

I get this from time to time, and it seems to help for a little while. It seems like there's a certain point, though, where it just doesn't work anymore. I am a repeat buyer. I would still recommend it.

This product has literally been one of the only things that has worked for my ibs-d. My symptoms started about a year ago and were the obvious but the worst part for me was the abdominal pain during the night and morning. This stuff literally stopped that pain and also made huge improvements in regularity and structure if you know what I mean. And it worked fast, started helping literally the next day and just kept getting better from there. The only thing is I do feel like if I skip a couple days I’m back to symptoms again but I do need to find a probiotic to pair with this stuff to help further. Not sure if any of you have heard of the vagus nerve approach to IBS but that has absolutely helped me too. Sounds a bit crazy and weird but gargling and singing loudly really do help, look it up it’s a real thing with real results. IBS is a horrid thing to go through I hope this helps some people. UPDATE 7/11/23 I've always struggled with migraines but know my triggers well and do fine avoiding them, but I started getting migraines often again while I was taking this and avoiding all my triggers. It took me weeks to figure out what it was, and it was this supplement. I also started having severe brain fog where people would ask me a question and I couldnt answer them and it was embarrassing, along with body aches and pain. Makes me wonder what is in this or what its made from because gluten is the only thing that causes this bad of a reaction in me. I stopped it and started it up again to make sure, and sure enough the migraines and symptoms started again. It stopped working for IBS too. It worked at first and is like it took a while to cause these symptoms so not sure if it was a build up of it in my system or a bad batch (I noticed two of the newer ones I used smelled weird, like chemically or vinegary). I wish they disclosed how it is made or there was more research on why a prebiotic would cause these symptoms. Now that I know its this, I searched 'migraine' in the reviews and see others have had the same experience, as well as the brain fog.
