Still an amazing phone even in 2024 going into 2025
I bought this phone about 10 months ago in excellent condition and it's my first galaxy note phone and it's by far the best phone ive ever owned. Came with no scratches or dings or defects of any kind other than if you press on the camera lens a lil it made a slight popping sound which wasn't a problem i mean who tf goes around pressing on their camera all day. I used it alot for gaming, a lil mobile gaming but mostly xbox cloud gaming with a ps4 controller with no problems. Been playing cod bo6 and forza horizon 5 on it mostly. Unfortunately i ran my phone over with a forklift about a month ago n broke my screen, i just did an insurance claim n got reimbursed n decided to upgrade to a note 20 ultra since it's the same price as this was when i originally bought it. I originally bought it for $356 before tax n it was worth every penny, i think it's going for $250 rn u can't beat that. BUT MAKE SURE YOU GET A VERY DURABLE CASE. The screen can hold up to alot but the back cover is pretty weak glass. I put it in a case when i bought it and i switched carriers like 3 weeks later i pulled the phone out of the case to change the sim and the back glass had several giant cracks n i don't even know how i did it i was still babying the phone at the time. Speaking of carriers i used this phone with straight talk and spectrum mobile with no problems. The screen has a bright beautiful picture and the colors are really vibrant. The phone feels solid and the all glass design has a pleasant feel to it. I liked having it out of the case but its glass and i know how i am with phones so i kept it in a case all the time. There's so many features to this phone i was still learning some all the time n i don't feellike listing them all but the one i learned today from the phone repair lady is that even though my screens broke n the touch doesnt work i can still control the phone n do everything like normal using the spen. That would've been great to know ive been controlling it with a ps4 controller for a month Hopefully the note 20 ultra is an upgrade and doesn't feel like a downgrade otherwise I'm coming back to the note 10+

For a refurbished phone I honestly couldn't tell at all
Well, first let me preface my review on saying I don't use this as my main phone, I use this more as a storage partner to lighten the load on my main one. I still haven't put a sim card in it but it does damn near everything without one! I use my wifi and can do everything I do on my main phone faster and with a much bigger screen. This phone came in excellent condition and it works amazing! It was worth every penny and then some! You're always a little skeptical when you buy anything used, let alone something that was formerly damaged, repaired, and then re-sold. But, as I said before, it was meant as my side-phone so as long as the storage I had heard about with this phone held true the cosmetics and things of that nature didn't matter. But the fact that it came looking like a brand new phone was truly icing on the cake. I initially was just going to get the Note 10, I had ordered it and everything and then in the process of looking into what memory card I was going to get along with some of the accessories people favored, I saw some people had said they hated that it didn't come with a memory slot. And I was like wait, what!!! I thought I had done my homework on it and missed that entirely and that was a deal breaker for me. Needless to say I canceled that one and ordered this 1 and I'm extremely glad I did. I'm a check to make sure I put the right seller I bought from bcuz I wanna make sure they get the credit they deserve and hopefully I help bring them business. And here's to also hoping you guys get the same quality phone then I ended up with bcuz we all kno everybody's experiences are different. But I have no gripes with this phone at all. I'm even getting used to the power button on the left side of the phone. Lolz, its starting to make using my regular one feel kinda wierd. Smh. But I ordered mine from Chubbiestech. I think I spelled that right. But shouts to them, amazing quality phone, that came fast, and theres honestly no bad things I could say about it. The phone it was replacing was a J7 Samsung Galaxy Prime, which is prehistoric now. Lol. And I was just gonna get another one of them bcuz it was just meant for storage and I was used to using it for that purpose for many a year, but 200 dollars for an old and used phone.... This was literally going from the stone ages to the Matrix in 0 to 60 seconds. But anyway, I hope this review helped sway at least a few people. It's a great buy for that price! Oh, and I didn't rate the face recognition bcuz I still haven't used it. I'll come back if I ever decide to. But stuff like that isn't that important to me.

Screen not the same
I purchased this to replace my Galaxy Note 10 Plus. It seems to be performing well but I'm not 100% convinced it because the keyboard does seem to randomly pressed numbers I did not press. Maybe because I'm doing a lot of stuff like uploading pictures and apps so I will test it out for a few days. The biggest issue is the screen. It is not the same as the original Galaxy Note 10+ screen. The screen does not completely fill up and leaves round edges on the corners. Not large but enough for you to question if it actually is a Galaxy Note 10+ . I will post some comparison pictures soon. Due to that I'm only giving it four stars. The phone itself is good even though it's from 2019. Expandable memory and good picture quality along with screen quality despite the lowered size due to not being original screen. I know the phone is refurbished but the screen should have been made or replaced to the same specs as the original. **Update** About an hour after this review I figured out that yes the screen is different overall. I still have my previous Galaxy note 10 plus and the screen is made out of a different material than this refurbished screen. That explains the round edges and the sound the screen makes if you scratch it with your finger. It sounds different than what the original sounds like.

Samsung Gaalxy Note10+ 256GB excellent purchase
Purchased this cell phone on August 25, 2025. I have been through various surgeries and u able to leave a follow up review. When I purchased the cell it wasn't charging. I advised the seller and they immediately sent me a charger. The phone began to charge rapidly. Therfore, the problem lied with the charger not the cell. Well, as for the cellphone, it works amazingly well, no problems whatsoever. Made me a believer in purchasing cellphones without us needing to go to a cellphone provider store and the price is very good, the screen quality is excellent, easy to use, the screentouch and the pen use is seemless, and you cannot go wrong with Samsung. I protect my cell and its easy to lock and unlock for protection. Thank you tonthe seller for being transparent. Will purchase from you again in the near future. Thank you

Poor Customer Service
I initially wrote a good review on this product. Unfortunately, after two months the screen went out on me. I was writing a text when the bottom half of the screen turned yellow and then blacked out. It was fully charged at the time but I was unable to power on. I did a hard reset and connected to the charger and finally I was able to power on. The top half of the screen was in perfect condition while the bottom half was still yellow and illegible. I contacted the seller and requested to return and get a refund. He/she said that was fine but there would be a restocking fee. They said since it was broken it would be $350!!! That's half of what I paid for the phone. I tried to explain that I did not break it. I was literally holding it in my hands when it crapped out. I had a case and screen protector installed. There is not a scratch on it. I did my best to explain but no luck. I would have been willing to accept a $150 restocking fee and a refund of $550. I said I was going to write a poor review and the seller said "are you threatening me". Seriously?! They said I could return it and they would send it to the manufacturer because it was probably still under warranty. At this point, I was done. I took it to local repair shop where they said the LCD was broken or not properly installed. I'm assuming the latter because I know I didn't do anything to it. They charged me $300 to fix it and luckily I was able to sell it for $600. I had to eat $400 on a two month old phone. I bought an Apple SE 2020 through Apple for $550 and I love it! It's a crap shoot with these slightly used or factory refurbished phones. I had to learn that the hard way. Very disappointed with the sellers inability to understand that I purchased a defective item. I'm not sure if the restocking fee is listed in the items description. If it's not, now you know. Bad experience. I do not recommend.

Great value for what is still a flagship phone
When my Moto Z4 discontinued support, I was in the market for a phone running Android 11 with potential for further support. I absolutely love my Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 tablet, and in using it, have become a regular S-pen user. Also, many years ago I had owned one of the early Note phones, and so the combination of those factors made me take a serious look at the Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ 5G. I have had the phone for a month now (purchased from CPRTX, who has an 88% approval rating), and so felt it was time to share why I am extremely satisfied with this phone. The phone arrived earlier than promised, and had absolutely no marks of any kind on it. Without a case, it really is slippery--within 2 days I discovered that it truly was waterproof as it slipped into our hot tub. I obtained a thin, clear case (the back is too beautiful to hide), and all has been well. Although I have a Samsung tablet, it has taken a while to get used to the Samsung features of One UI 3.1, but I am adjusting and have even gravitated away from some Google apps to its Samsung app counterpart. The phone is lightning fast, the screen is clear and crisp (even though it's only 60 Hz), and the S-pen helps me to do work on the fly. Running Android 11 and supporting wireless charging has helped me use Android Auto wirelessly and use the wireless charger in my car. As others have noted, the included charger is actually a Samsung travel charger which was fine, but I purchased a 45W charger, and it is lightning fast! The camera is excellent, although I am not a heavy picture taker. However, the quality of scenic outdoor shots, such as sunrises and sunsets, is far better than pictures taken by my Z4 camera. With 4300 mAh battery, 6.8" screen (still easy to hold and doesn't feel too big), 256 GB storage with SD card slot, and 12 GB RAM, the specs on this phone are still relevant which is amazing for a 2-year old phone. I have watched several videos of Note 10+ owners who feel strongly that this phone is still one of the best phones available today. I strongly agree! I would definitely purchase again and recommend this seller to anyone in the market.

Upgrade Long Over Due
10 years ago I upgraded my phone into the modern Era of Smart Phones with a Note 4. And for nearly a decade, the Note 4 was an amazing technological advancement to my life and served me extremely well. Providing years of entertainment, but as with all technology, eventually it becomes outdated, and obsolete, and I began to encounter apps that no longer could be used with it. Hence my purchase of the Note 10+. While I was hesitant on a refurbished phone for obvious reasons, I still made the choice to attempt my luck. And let's be honest, with Amazon's amazing customer services, if something was to go bad, arrived damaged, etc, I knew it'd be taken care of anyway. My phone (and case I purchased separately), arrived exactly on time. Packaging was very simplistic. The phone was wrapped in bubble wrap sleeve inside a small box, inside another small box. Phone condition is nearly brand new with the only blemish physically on the very top near the Sim/SD slot resides. This isn't an issue for me as I refuse to own a modern cell phone without a case for protection anyway, therefore the small blemish isn't visible. The only negative I would say is the fact they did not include the little "key" that's used to open the SD/Sim card slot. While a simple paperclip works just as effective, that's not exactly the point either after spending $460 after taxes for the device. The difference is immediately noticeable in pure functionality and speed. While I did attempt to transfer via the Smart Switch option from my old phone to this one didn't work (tried via wi-fi as I didn't have a cable), I'm actually glad I simply did it manually. It's not that difficult to transfers phone numbers anyway, and manually downloading my apps simply showed me just how much faster this phone operates over my previous phone. The larger screen is obviously nice, and I find myself not not making as many Grammer mistakes as I was toward the end with the previous phone. Autocorrect isn't exactly perfect afterall lol, and the screen size helps to hit the right keys. The phone does feel slightly heavier, but not so much that I foresee that being an issue either. The only negative that I really would have isn't even related to my purchase with the phone itself. Since the style/size of the Sim card has changed, I was forced to visit my carriers store and get a new Sim card. The process was simple enough to get a new Sim card and have it transferred to being current for calls etc. Thankfully my carrier is open on weekends, otherwise that would've been annoying if I had to wait days to activate the phone. But again, has nothing to do with my purchase or the product itself. Just keep in mind if you are like me, you may need a new Sim card if your current phone is an older model. Final thoughts/conclusion. I absolutely love the upgrade. $460 after taxes is a decent price, but far better than $1000s. Note 10+ is I believe 2 years old, but still relatively new without that high price tag. And if like my Note 4, should suffice my needs for many many years to come. I would highly suggest the Note 10+ as I learned the regular edition didn't have a SD card slot, which for me is always a must. Plus the screen size increase is worth the little extra imo. Again, everything operates smooth and fast. If you're thinking of an upgrade yourself but don't want to spend that high dollar price tag for more current day phones, this is a pretty damn good option. I've seen comments against the fingerprint scanner. So far, it's been pretty easy. While I'm use to swiping my finger, this one simply requires a press and hold motion for a brief moment. While I used my right index finger on my old phone, using my thumb makes this one so much more easier and superior as i can use only one hand for operation. You can add multiple finger prints, so easy to customize as needed. Now my case doesn't have a screen protector (my fault on the case style I bought), so that may effect how it reads, but even then I don't see it being that extreme of an issue. So yeah, I'm happy with it, glad I decided to buy it, and hopefully won't have to look at a new phone for another 10 years or so lol
