Should work fine for your system, using it in my Asus maximus viii Formula with the the i7 6700k. Did notice in bios it was clocked only at 2100, had to step it up to 3200 manually. But your system might be different and set it properly. Hope this helps!

My guess is no. This is desktop memory, so you would most likely need to find laptop memory that could fit in and would be compatible with your device.

Yes. I have 2 chips installed in my Asus maximus viii hero alpha and haven't had any issues. I haven't tried 4 chips, but I don't suspect there would be any issues.

Does it work with intel 9th gen because it indicates 6th gen?

Will not be a problem for the 9th gen processor however the compatibility will be with the motherboard you use. Every motherboard model and manufacturer has varying support. I have used these modules with 6700k Asus z170 board and 7700K Gigabyte Z270 board. Intel supports a big range of DDR4 ram however you should always check the ram compatibility with your motherboard provider. They always have a list on their download/support page.
