Senville 36000 BTU Dual Zone Mini Split Air Conditioner Heat Pump, 3 Ton, 2 Zone, Works with Alexa, White

I got the 3 ton unit for a 1000 sq ft wood frame garage in south Florida. It's overkill, but I wanted something that would cool fast when I want to work out there. A friend and I did the mechanical installation of the air handlers. We finally figured out we were missing some adapters for the lines to the compressor, but an email to Senville got them shipped right away. I had an electrician do the wiring, and got an HVAC guy to do the start up. The HVAC guy shortened the lines and pumped them down. He didn't get the low voltage wiring right, though, and the Senville tech support was very helpful via email in diagnosing and solving the problem. I was skeptical if the WiFi feature would work, but it does, and it's great. From my phone I can start/stop both air handlers and set the temp. I can also use the remotes inside the garage. Both the indoor and outdoor units are very quiet, and inside I can only tell the air handlers are on because I can see the large temp display on their fronts. I've since foamed the underside of the roof with 5" of insulation, and the combo makes the garage a great place to work.

We've had it installed and running for over a year now and absolutely love it! Great quality for the price. Our installer made a wiring error on one of the air handlers and blew the circuit board in the outdoor unit. Customer support was very responsive, spoke good English, and replaced the part at no cost even though it was obviously the installer's fault. Highly recommend Senville! Well under half the cost of a comparable Mitsubishi system.

These are good air conditioners . If you are using for a grow or greenhouse have a professional install. If you are putting in a basement have a professional install. Yes you can mount them no problem but when it comes to flaring and draining you will run into some trouble. 50 ft copper coil total (both heads combine). The compressor has enough room for 4 heads. MINI splits do not recirculate air. It does not pump out stale air and bring in new air. Simply takes the air from the room and cools down and dehumidifies. Also does have a heater.

I bought two machines, one is 18000PTU, and hired a professional with an air conditioner license to install it. I installed it in two rooms. After the machine worked for a few hours, the room stopped cooling. After half an hour of shutting down, it restarted and started cooling again. After a few hours, it stopped cooling again. This happened every day in the two rooms. The fan of the outdoor unit also stopped automatically. It was very annoying.

3 years with no issued. Installed in a day. Vacuum pump and a few special hvac tools and it worked well for me.

So far my 36000 btu unit cools my 2000sqft home quickly, no noise like window units. I installed the unit on my own, flared the cooler pipes, the only thing I didnt do is have a HVAC guy come and pressure test the system, and evacuate the lines which I highly recommend. The most difficult part of the install is running the lineset so that it fits into the lineset cover. So far worth every penny. Waiting to see how well the heat pump works.

Be prepared to spend a lot more money for longer lines 16 ft lines really I’m not heating a 12 ft box with 4 heads

My local heating and air guys installed this unit and it heats and cools my 24'x52" garage perfectly!!!

So far so good. Quiet. Cold. Easy to use. Only issue was the wire set was a bit short and the drain line had a puncture in it so it leaked. When setting up wifi disable the cellular network on your phone. Works flawlessly then.

The installation process gave me such a headache! I booked a professional hvac to have him Install this product for me, in which he was having such a difficulty installing the accessories, due to unable to pair with the product. One inside unit I received was actually broken with leakage problem. After contacting this seller, They agreed to sent me a new inside unit, BUT have me paying the extra shipping fee. Which is totally unfair! Not to mention having to pay double the money for the professional hvac to install it at different date for me. Not a pleasure purchase! Would not recommend.

Very nice unit ,wasn’t too hard to install , heats well ,hopefully works longer than my 13000$ heat pump .so far very satisfied.
