"How many case?" I don't understand what that means. But, you get 2 packs of dumplings with anout 100, palm-sized, dumpling sheets in each pack. Watch you tube videos on how to stuff and seal them. I'm 100% satisfied with my purchase and my dumplings were delicious.

Are these considere thin wonton wrappers, suitable for shu mai dumplings?

No. I followed the instructions yet, they Dried out quickly & difficult to seal. They were expensive. Not worth the price.

Ok so , I put mine in the freezer. It appears that there is at least 90 or more wrappers in one package. It says 16 servings, the package weighs 16oz.
