Works great for my 7 year old almost 8 year old

I have a grandson that is ADHD and takes medication for it. But as the day goes on the medications wears off. By the time he goes to bed he is very hyper and it is very hard for him to fall asleep. I spoke to his pediatrician about NoctoPlex and he gave me the go ahead to give it to him as needed. Well one night he had a very hard time falling asleep and I gave him one NoctoPlex and in 30 minutes he was asleep. I kept checking on him during the night as I was unsure how he would react to the pills. When I woke him for school, he was not groggy or slow but said he slept very well and didn't seem to have side effects. He ate a good breakfast and was ready for Zoom school as usual. It works very well on him but I don't plan on giving it to him every night. I will use it as necessary if he is having a hard time falling asleep. But overall this does work well with no side effects that I could detect.

It did not help my 9 yr old daughter with her sleep disturbances. I found that just regular melatonin helped her best.

This has been great for my kids with occasional sleep problems. The dosage is great to adjust for ages (including adults!) and the pills aren't too terrible for swallowing, though an odd choice to aim for kids who struggle with such things. The supplement provide enough to calm one down and last successfully through the night.

I like to use children's doses especially for things like sleep support so I am not as groggy. I am sensitive to medication and so children's doses work better for me. I do use a very small amount of melatonin now and then but I am hoping this blend that does NOT have melatonin, will help me sleep as well and not feel drowsy or hungover. I am planning to use half of the suggested dose, but check the label because this goes by weight. These are easy to swallow which is great.

A couple times a week we use melatonin for our children (if they had a late night or woke up super early) and we need a quick way to reset their internal clocks. This product works as expected and I have been very happy with the results. I appreciate other ingredients in this blend (besides melatonin, magnesium,etc) Valerian root, Lemon balm etc are nice additions.One does, per their body weight, is 3 little kidlests. I give them each 1-2 kidlets. One bottle has 90 pills.
