My unit failed right after warranty, how can I get a replacement switch?

I would think that I might be one of the Last Folks you'd want an Opinion from; My Scooter came w/out an Adapter for Charging the Battery. Never got Satisfaction regarding same. My Scooter sits in My Basement; - - - - " Useless to Me "

Can the battery be purchased seperately?

I believe so. I saw it from B&H. Only preorder but that was last month. I went on vacation prior to that. So I haven’t purchased one myself. I would like an extra as well.

How do I receive a return authorization number as my unit is defective

Return via Amazon if a recent purchase, if you have to go through the company forget it.

Also can this be carried on carry on if flying to vacation?

Yes. Took it right on my carry on. Just placed the battery and charger along w my laptop in the bin going through security.

Good Product

Great extension for battery life, or I just can surve the water in 20 minutes. However, the back-up battery is absolute nessesary for underwater exploring even in my back yard pool with friends. With this one, the scooter can be used up more than 45 minutes and the battery is not heavy to carry around.
