LOVE this machine . Super easy to use beginner friendly easy to clean. The inside that holds the ice is huge ! The snow ones taste like Kona ice it's very finely shaved this is perfect for any event or for backyard fun ! Very well made !

Love this machine. My kids wanted to start a business where they rent the snow cone and popcorn machines and here’s to investing in my babies. They love it!!!! Already rented the out 3 times. Very durable, crush freezer and ice machine ice.

I love this machine. It is big yet it is light. It has safety features such as you can’t go crazy quick on pushing the ice to shred. It holds a lot of shaved ice. I do like the straw to help drain excess water I just wish there was a way to take off the straw and plug it up. It works very quick and you get on between the soft ice and that Raspa ic. It is loud but what snow-cone machine is quiet. The only promblem I have with it is when you push the ice in and it finishes and your pulling the handle back out to put more Ice the handle holds onto some ice and then it falls in the machine and counter and it makes things wet. I’ll ad pics soon. But all in all great build not a bad price and just works wonderfully.

Very strong, blade is very sharp. I bought this item from 2022 for my party rental business and it was a great asset, money well spent. It still remains semi brand new, runs smoothly and shaves ice 🧊 smoothly and soft for the desired taste for the snow cones. Love the additional utensils that came with it in the packaging.

It’s pretty Heavy but good quality

This is great. The price is good and it's fast and easy. I do wish it chopped the ice finer though. I had a smaller one that shaved the ice so fine it was awesome, but it didn't last past a year before the motor froze.

I ordered this machine for my mom’s business because her previous one broke down (not the same brand or machine). My mom states the machine works super well and crushes the ice smoothly and quickly which is needed for her business. She loves this machine.

At first I was disappointed because the Ice (bag of ice) came out chippy and small chunks....after doing some research I figured out that I needed to use block ice. Now of course block I've is too large for this machine....so I broke the block ice up by hitting it with a rubber hammer and the ice came out like snow very powdery!!!! I am very happy with it now, I will soon buy one that can just use the whole block ice but for now this is great!!!!

Muy bueno el producto, solo que un tornillo del mango estaba flojo y se atoró en las cuchillas y no encuentro soporte técnico para hacer el cambio de las blades, alguien que me pueda ayudar?

El producto llegó 5 días antes de la fecha mínima estimada y en excelentes condiciones, lo usaré pronto y veremos qué tal

Este molino es una opcion excelente para los giros de bebidas frias, la velocidad de molido es bastante buena y la calidad del molido es fino aunque depende del hielo que se le mete para moler, en mi caso no he tenido problemas pero yo uso cubos de hielo y cuando inserto un trozo firme de hielo, le cuesta un poco de trabajo pero en mi caso solo uso cubos de hielo y muelo al rededor de 30 kilos al dia

Rasura el hielo a una escarcha muy fina!!!
