I take probiotics every day. They are fantastic! And they really help with everything in your body: from your head to your toes. I was so excited to find this one! You want a probiotic with a variety of strains of bacteria and a lot of them. So this one is great! It's nice and easy to swallow. The capsules weren't too large. And there's no gross after taste! This has a minimum of 8 billion microorganisms divided among three types of probiotic per 1 pill, which means it's a 2 month supply. Most other probiotics that I've tried have 60 capsules, but the daily dose is 2 capsules to get 10-11.5 billion microorganisms. For a chronic IBS-C sufferer these are great! I often have to take meds to make me go to the bathroom and I don't want to lose the good bacteria in my gut. I have been taking these and they seem to help with bloating and gas. I do think that everyone should take probiotics. These are lactose and gluten free also suitable for vegetarians. I rec'd this product at a slightly discounted rate and I think it's a good product. It came nicely sealed and packaged and I would definitely recommend this brand.
