I'm using these to hold on cabinet toe kicks. They are strong....Now I can easily access under my cabinets for cleaning, lighting, vacuum system and even storage.

I bought some magnetic door catches at my local big box store to replace those awful spring loaded ball bearing catches for my closet doors. They were so weak that when I closed one door, the other would open. Found these for just a few dollars more and wow! What a difference. These are so much sturdier and stronger than this first ones I got.

I used these to hold a wooden face panel on a custom wooden hood over a kitchen range. I needed to be able to access the space above the installed light/fan insert in the wooden hood for any future maintenance. The magnets are very strong and I placed two magnets on each side of the panel (total of four). There were minimal gaps once installed. I put some latex caulk to seal the gaps and once painted, you can’t even tell the panel is removable. If access was ever needed, you would just cut the caulk and lift the panel to gain access. Very simple solution and homeowner liked the finished look.

We have an older RV were latches were breaking and draws and doors were opening during drives. Was able to install these in various places and ways, mostly hidden and everything stayed closed. These hold tight I would recommend them.

Work great for warped cabinet doors, keeps them shut and after a week they were practically straight again.

These are much better than I expected, great quality and very strong. Will definitely buy again if any future projects require this.
