I work as a CNA and my back between my shoulders would be so painful by the end of a 12 hr shift. I knew it was from charting and leaning over a computer for 1/2 my shift. I needed something comfortable enough that I could wear it under my scrubs. AND THIS IS IT! I have wore this for the last week at work. It is so comfortable I can wear it all day and it has helped support me enough my back pain is gone! It fits perfect and is adjustable. I have even wore it at home it helps so much! Hopefully it trains my shoulders to sit right. It is worth the money. I bought a 30$ one from Walgreens and it was so stiff and bulky. I took a chance on this one and boy am I glad I did. It is well made.

I’ve been using this brace for about 2 months, after having ongoing pain with my neck and shoulder area from working remotely. I really like that I can wear it for hours at a time, as the one I purchased previously stated to only wear for a max of 3 hours at a time. I also like that it can be worn under clothes without being visible in most cases. I wouldn’t go as far to say it’s comfortable, as it does start to feel tight after awhile, but I can normally wear for 3-4 hours at a time without too much discomfort.All in all, this was a good purchase, as my pain is definitely not as frequent as it was before I started using it, however it’s also not completely gone. I still have good days and bad days. On bad days, wearing it doesn’t make much of a difference with my pain. Aside from that, i think it’s pretty easy to put on if done in front of a mirror but it’s important to note that it’s not too difficult for the straps to become tangled or undone. There is a how to video on the site that explains how to re-assemble if this happens but that might be difficult for some people that don’t have good hand eye coordination like myself. Luckily my husband was able to help with this. The price seems a bit high for something that can become undone this easily. But overall still mostly satisfied.

The band is super stretchy, and as long as you make sure to adjust it so it's not digging in your armpit, it's really comfortable. It pulls your shoulders back, but still is flexible enough that you can bend and move. I wear mine under my T-shirts or sweatshirts so I don't have to explain what's going on. It's thin enough you can't see it through loose-fitting clothing. I'm happy with the purchase.

Uncomfortable and does not seem to be effective.

Was super excited to take this on my trip as I have upper back/neck pain. Material is soft and decreet to wear/not be visible…unfortunately an extra small will not fit me, maybe 40 yrs ago but not today

I had upper shoulder tightness due to poor posture (was told it was my traps) for about 3 months straight. Visits to the chiropractor and physical therapist and no relief! Tried heating pads, cold compresses, you name it I tried it until I found the posture corrector. It was a game changer. Started wearing it only about 15 min twice a day to get use to it. 2 weeks in now and I can wear for 2 hours straight. It reminds me of wear my shoulders should be even when I am not using it. So basically it's a good trainer. I am now 85% discomfort free of daily tightness. I would size up as I had to exchange for a bigger size. The small business owner was a pleasure to deal with. Great experience all around. I highly recommend.

WOW! I have finally found the posture corrector that is comfortable enough to wear all day and actually addresses my shoulders. I can even wear it under a loose blouse at work. I've tried many other devices before and this one is by far the best. VERY expensive for what it is but it's the only one that I have found that actually works.

I’m 42 and have had bad posture ever since I can remember but it was getting worse and I hated seeing myself hunched over in photos.I have tried a good few posture correctors over the years and never could stick with any of them because they always rubbed in the armpit area. I was hesitant to get this one as it is so expensive but I’m so glad I did. It’s super comfortable to wear as the elastic is soft. I also love that you can spread the two straps that go over your shoulder. I wouldn’t wear it over clothes though because it will scrunch up your shirt at the back and as a woman the strap that goes under your breasts at the front puts them in an awkward looking position when you wear over clothes. But for under clothes it is perfect! After a few days of wearing it for an hour or so a day I am already noticing the benefit as it’s reminding me to straighten my shoulders and back when I am not wearing it.Highly recommend this if you struggle with poor posture.

I found this company and their owner very good to deal with, even advising me to hold my purchase until it is available on Amazon (only 1-weeks wait), so that I can take advantage of the lower shipping rates - I live in Oz.I also found their recommended size suggestions accurate. I bought both the small and medium because I did not think I should have small but they were right. The medium now makes a nice gift :)
