This is a Barns and Nobel book. Recommended!

Beautiful edition of lesser know classic tales.
I collect books of supernatural fiction and found this book to be a very nice edition of good stories, many lesser known.. Especially hard to find stories by J.H. Riddle, Vernon Lee, Francis Stevens, Henry S Whitehead.. They are all much underrated and well worth reading. It is a must f or real Plath fans. The handsome book could not have been improved upon!

I am so greatful I found this gem I looked for many years. I would not say that is "new" with that damaged bottom, but for me it has value nevertheless.

Libro di ottima fattura. Molto bello esteticamente (le immagini non rendono giustizia). La stampa è ottima e così la selezione degli autori e dei racconti. Eccellente modo per approcciarsi a vari scrittori del genere horror e comprendere quale possa essere il più gradito da approfondire. Ottimo.

Prachtband mit unheimlicher Literatur
Ich liebe die ledergebundenen Prachtbände von Barnes & Noble. Auch dieser ist durch eine wundervolle Umschlaggestaltung, Rundum-Goldschnitt, breites Satinleseband und hochwertiges Papier ein echter bibliophiler Schatz. Er enthält einige der besten unheimlichen Geschichten der Weltliteratur. Zu meinem Entzücken auch Hodgsons Seegeschichte "The Ghost Pirates". Der Band ist ein Schmuckstück in meiner Bibliothek. Ich geben gerne die vollen fünf Sterne.

A Hardback Grimoire of Horror
I have to admit that this book came at a ALARMINGLY fast speed. It said that it wasn't gonna arrive until monday next week and then Presto it arrived today on friday at around dinner time. When i opened it i was surprised by how this book was presented. Literally reminded me of a Victorian Grimoire or a very Elegant Leather Bound book. Im very happy with this and i couldn't recommend it more....Come to think of it some of these stories not even i have heard of are here
