He absolutely loves any of the stories where Floppy is present. The illustrations crack him up! The books are well structured for progression at this stage, with simple vocabulary and repeating patterns that help build fluency. It’s a nice balance between learning and fun, and the stories keep children engaged. Perfect for practicing reading regularly at home, especially for kids around 5+ who are starting to read more independently. Overall, a very good educational set that encourages reading confidence and consistency.

My 5 year old loves reading the Biff, Chip and Kipper books. The books have improved her reading and complimented the learning she does at school. She reads these books most evenings and it takes her on average 2 months to move up to the next stage. Will be buying the stage 4 books soon, I highly recommend them.
