Am delighted with the quality. Had graphics put on it and everything is working out well. The size was not what was described,. It was supposed to fit my tire and one larger--it never would have fit one larger.

Thick Vinyl. Not perfect
Seems like good quality vinyl. It fit good! However, when putting it around my tire a seam thread ripped. It still holds tight but we will see long term.
