This horn is LOUD, so cool!

On the very first use it fell apart in my hand and blew the back cover off, hitting my face. Inner membrane is shattered. Now told I cannot return. Updated to three stars because they gave me a prompt refund. Good company, so maybe I got a bad horn. Would still order from them again. UPDATE: I HAVE USED IT FOR A LONG TIME NOW. It is reliable, and has a LOT of life. There is a lot of gas in the cylinder, and I have had no other issues. So, I say I like it, would buy it again, and their customer service was enough to cover a one time broken part. Oh, it is REALLY loud! Great when you need it.

I HAVE AN UNFORTUNATE SITUATION WHERE A DUDE STALKS AND HARRASES ME WHILE I'M IN MY YARD. POLICE ARE NO HELP (PORTLAND, OR). SO, I'VE STARTED BLASTING HIM WITH THIS AND, TO THE RELIEF OF MY HOUSEHOLD AND NEIGHBORS, DUDE DOES A 180 AND TAKES OFF. IT HAS RESULTED IN HIM COMING AROUND A LOT LESS AND I'M GLAD THAT I WAS ABLE TO DECREASE THE AMOUNT OF FORCE USED SO I DON'T HAVE TO RISK HIM SUING ME FOR BEING TASED OR HOSED DOWN WITH BEAR SPRAY. THIS IS NOT A JOKE. THIS HORN IS LOUDER THAN THE OTHERS!

It's a good horn. I was hoping it would have a more trumpet sound, but it will still get someone's attention.

Update: I have kept this horn indoors for signaling and have not used it in the last several months. It has some kind of slow leak, about half an ounce of weight every month. While it is very loud, it is not reliable. There has been no damage or misuse, and no outdoor exposure. Since the leak is so slow, it will not be obvious until long after the return date. It is too bad, as it is a really loud horn otherwise. This unit is much louder the the smaller hand held horns by a long shot. It is also a deeper sound as the small ones are high pitched and shrill. It reminds me of truck horns. I cannot tell how many blasts it has inside, but i tested it five times for about 3 seconds at a time and the can still feels very full. I would not use it as a noisemaker at a party or indoors.

I like that it’s loud. I bought it for the wrong reason. But it works. My neighbors make a lot of noise that live over me. So I get blow my horn when they make noise. And they quite down. Sorry but not sorry 😈

Can feels half full ea purchase. Ive owned 3. Top horn is kinda fragile so handle carefully .But over all a great can horn. Pricey

Still doing its job after 2 summers. Very pleased with it. Had wished to buy another one, but see they can't be had right now. Bummer. P.S. For those that wrote reviews that they were shipped without a horn, did you notice the horn was covering the top, then plastic shrink wrapped? That is the way ours arrived and all one had to do was put it on.
