I want to make a cast of the lower half of my body. How many boxes of 12 rolls will I need to be on the safe side?

Ideally you want a wider bandage. 3" is great for hands, but 4 or 5 is better for legs and you'd be better off with 6 or 8" for the torso. The amount you need depends on your size. I'd guess you'd need 6-8 rolls per leg. Not including the torso
