I’m sure there are many uses for cornmeal, but I purchased this cornmeal so that my pizza dough would not stick to my pizza. I store my pizza peel hanging in my kitchen for easy use. I had so many pizza dough sticking to my peel so that I thought I would try cornmeal. This has worked like a charm. Great product and what a great price!

We bought the P.A.N. White Corn Meal for our pizza nights—not for arepas, but to sprinkle on our pizza discharger (yes, the wooden paddle thing) so the dough doesn’t glue itself down like a stubborn toddler. We originally tried yellow cornmeal, but my husband absolutely hated the aftertaste once it burned in the raging inferno we call a pizza oven. The white cornmeal, however? Perfect. No weird aftertaste, no gritty surprises baked into the crust—just a smooth launch off the paddle and into pizza greatness. I’ll never buy regular cornmeal again! Makes the most excellent creamy delicious cornbread and Bass for my chicken tortilla pie, in addition to intended use for tortillas and other dishes.

We wanted to make cheese arepas for dinner and we decided to buy this arepa flour which is the traditional arepa flour we all Latinamericans know, and it never disappoints!! Our arepas came out fluffy and perfect. The package came quickly but unfortunately it looked like it had cracked open on the way to me. I don’t think there was bad intention, just maybe the bag bumped with other products inside the box and it broke. It worked perfect non the less. I give it a 4 star just because of the condition in which it arrived at my house. This was super affordable and with just one bag you can make lots of arepas. It’s easy to work with your hands. Just add water or milk. They taste absolutely delicious! They actually taste like home… Love!

PAN made a wonderful 'Southern' style skillet cornbread, and everyone who tried it loved it.

Easy to order from Amazon. Almost arrives in less than 24 hrs! Ridiculously good shipping service. Although the price seems to have gone up recently. Tiny bit expensive compared to local shops, but again, not easily available in shops all the time. So, this online service works well.

My go to product any day any time. Tastes so good
