Quick improvement noticed!
I've only had these for 12 hours, and worn them for about 6, but they have already significantly improved my heel and arch pain! I have high arches and plantar fasciitis. I wear a 6.5, but I ordered the 7-7.5 and trimmed the tip very slightly with scissors. The repositioning of my toes and support for my arch seems to make a big difference.

Good for arch that is flattening
Needed because my arch was flattening and having leg pain. After some use, pain has gone. Still using it daily for a while and it has still maintained its shape. Price is a little high

Helped tremendously with plantar fasciitis pain!
Update 11/08/17: I have been pain free for enough months now that I had actually forgotten that I ever had any issues! I slip these insoles into whatever pair of shoes I am wearing for the day and off I go pain free. I even manage to spend entire weekends literally standing for hours on end in my garage (nothing but cement) which before would have absolutely done me in, but now i don't even think twice about it. I wholeheartedly believe this was the last piece i needed in order to squash the plantar fasciitis once and for all. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Original review from June 2017 below: My review is nothing that hasn't already been stated in other positive reviews, but I always rely on verified purchase opinions on products when deciding whether or not to buy, so i think it's important to still add my opinion as well. I bought these after researching remedies for my admittedly self diagnosed plantar fasciitis (whatever did we do before the internet?) My symptoms that prompted me to buy these included a burning sensation in the back of my heel that made it painful/difficult to walk as well as pain in the bottom arch of my foot. I tried a variety of recommended treatments such as stretching and massaging the plantar fascia , which did offer moments of relief, but within minutes of walking the problem would return. Finally after watching numerous videos i came to the conclusion that I was not standing much of a chance of recovery if i didn't give my feet the support they were lacking with my current shoe arsenal - which is comprised mostly of terribly flat tennis shoes that offered very little arch support (oh the price we pay for style!). After reading so many positive reviews I decided to go with the Powerstep insole. If I'm being honest, when I first got them, i was very careful with the packaging because i intended to send them back thinking that they wouldn't really work. Many many (too many) years ago I had tried insoles in a particular pair of shoes and despised them. This was back in the days, if you can believe it, before Amazon ever existed. If I'm being honest, it was back before the internet even existed (no joke!) It was that experience that prevented me from ever bothering with an insole again. That being said, I couldn't take the pain - or embarrassment of struggling just to walk normally and pain free. So I went for it. Since the moment I have put them in my shoes I have been grateful! The burning sensation in my heel is no longer there. I am not claiming this to be an instant miracle, as I do still have a slight amount of discomfort in the bottom arch of my foot, but I am only two days into using the insoles and I believe that discomfort is because of the fact that there is likely still inflammation and tender spots that still need to recover from the injury to the plantar fascia. The discomfort i have is more that of feeling the pressure of the arch support and not the same kind of pain that prevented me from a more normal/healthy gait when walking. I do believe that the stretching and massaging as well as taking an anti-inflammatory (ibuprofen) also contributed to the vast improvement - but i also believe that the support these insoles offered were a very integral part of that combination of treatment steps that all work together. I will continue to update this review as more time progresses in order to give a more accurate long term snapshot of how this helped with the plantar fasciitis, but truly i have no issue whatsoever in giving this five stars and recommending that you do not hesitate to purchase these insoles if you are suffering from a similar situation.

Fine
These are middle of the road orthotic insoles based on what I've tried, I'm kind of surprised they are recommended top by doctors. I don't think I would repurchase them unless everything else was unavailable in my size and it was an emergency purchase, so basically not at all

Worth Every Penny...
Currently dealing with a very tenacious case of Posterior Tibial Tendinitis, essentially an overuse injury from being on my feet 8 hours a day and with my flat Barney Rubble feet, significant over-pronating (ankles rolling inward). As a result of this over-pronating, have swelling and discomfort on the inside of ankle/foot. You know the "dogs are barking" ache that You get at the end of the day, imagine how frustrating it is to get up after a night's sleep, put your feet on the floor and immediately have that feeling. Well, podiatrist had me in a variety of braces, couple looking like Forrest Gump's Magic Legs which immediately put pressure and pain on the inflamed area, so no go for the Robocop braces. Podiatrist then suggested Custom Orthotics, great I thought, except my Insurance, which was normally great, would not cover any of the cost for the $450 orthotics unless I was a Diabetic. Sure they will cover the braces, PT, even surgery, but not the little pieces of plastic that might avoid surgery down the road, go figure?! So saw that the Powerstep Orhotics got good reviews on Amazon, so gave them a try. Have to say, in combination with a new pair of New Balance motion control sneakers, my feet are SOOO much happier. They are still sore, but makes my Job in the Nursing Field so much more bearable esp. after the 5+ hour mark when my feet are really starting to ache. The only time my feet feel even somewhat "normal" is with these in my sneakers. Can feel the arch support, but didn't take long to get used to it. My feet aren't right yet, but hope in time with these Orthotics, will get there. Just as a side-note, these do work much better in combination with Motion control shoes, tried them in my Skechers with gel insole and feet started to ache much sooner. Have already ordered another pair! Interesting enough, think I saw this Brand of Orthotic at my Podiatrist's Office in one of the cases. Funny that he didn't suggest trying these before shelling out the $450 for the custom ones. I may need to eventually get the Custom Ones, but for now, these allow me to still work relatively pain-free so I can save up to perhaps get the pricey ones.

Excellent Product
I have used these Powerstep insoles for over four years now. Before this I had recurrent problems with plantar fasciitis. At times this was so painful it was like standing on a nail and having to limp home. These insoles cured it for me. After the first set, I bought a few more over the years and now use them in all my footwear. You can move them easily from one set of shoes to another but I found it easier to leave them in my most used footwear. I even use them in my running shoes as a replacement for the ones provided. They may be expensive, mainly because of import charges from the US I expect, but they certainly last. The ones I have for over four years are still good, though as expected the cloth has worn a bit. Not a problem with comfort though. They are also quite thin so do not push your foot up much towards the top of the shoe. Being full sized they do not slip about. Now whilst they are perfect for me, I guess that they will not suit everybody. After all, people's feet are different so they may push in the wrong place. I have tried other insoles as some were cheaper, but some were quite painful and unusable.

Great value.
Great value. Way less money than prescription orthotics and so far they seem to be holding up quite well

My wife and I have purchased several of these years. They are very comfortable, supportive, and last for years. I highly recommend them.
