Works great.
I bought it for the first time. I liked the drug. It works better than the one CONSTANTLY USED. You practically DO NOT FEEL ITS EFFECT, but the result is unexpectedly better.

It works well when I have diahrea. Put tablets under lounge and let them dissolve. It takes a bit before it helps, but it does help.

This is not a strong medication/supplement. Due to being on chemo and having had radiation I do not have normal (sorry tmi I know) bowel movements. Everything goes right through me and sometimes it needs intervention. I have always taken an Immodium type product. The last one I had was an offbrand and they worked great but I can longer find them. When I found these I thought I'd give them a try. The directions are a bit confusing on taking them (which may be where I went wrong) but part of it said to take two (like all the others) so that's what I did. It did help slow things down but it did not prevent further bowel movements from happening. So honestly idk. It's nice that things were slowed down but honestly I need full stoppage for more than couple hours. So I probably won't buy these again and will continue my search for a better product that suits my needs.

Found a solution
I have a sensitive stomach in the mornings, often needing to go to the bathroom 5-6 times. It seems like it's maybe from "situational anxiety". An anxiety pill worked but I didn't want to stay on that. I just dealt with the problem, and took immodium if I had to leave the house (about an hour before). I saw that this product is less harmful and more natural so I decided to try it. So far this week, it seems to be my winner. I just take one in the morning so that my issue is resolved if I have to leave the house and go on about my day. It seems to be working pretty effectively, maybe even better than the Immodium. About 30 min. after I take it, I don't feel my common stomach cramping I often feel when I am getting my day started. It also doesn't cause any constipation whatsoever for me. I think it's my magic solution for calming my nerves in the morning that commonly assault my gut.
