Saved the day. At a good price.
It works. And it was the only one I could find that was clear on the description page that it would work with my exact model. Even Dyson didn’t have them in stock. That’s why I can’t endorse Dyson to anyone. It can be difficult to find some of the filters for their purifiers, too. What can you do with a product if the necessary accessories are not available but excuses and declarations of fake sorrow for their lack of willingness to support their own very expensive products are? You can ditch them. They lose the business opportunity to build loyalty for life. So I’d say this product SAVED THE DAY.

Works as a perfect replacement for a DYSON DC-45 Vacuum
The Dyson DC-45 vacuum's original charger died and refused to charge the vacuum battery. To my relief, this worked as advertised. This is especially good since an OEM charger is difficult to obtain and is very expensive. I'm glad that someone had the sense to make this replacement unit and it works like the original. I'd hate to throw out a decent vacuum because of a charger!

update
plugged this in and the light on the battery did not come on. I tried several other plugs, still nothing. I even left this plugged in overnight with my fingers crossed and my Dyson did not turn on. really disappointing :( update: returned and I got a refund. I bought a new battery and realized that was the issue, not this charger. however since its returned, I'm not sure if it actually works or not so I'm leaving 4 stars.
