I am not usually a fan of Thai food. I prefer Indian curries. However, lately, I have been on a ramen rampage looking for new an interesting tastes and textures recommended by RamenRater.com and others. Although, this product is actually NOT on the RR website. The noodles were a step or two above the usual cheap suspects: Nissin, Maruchan, etc. They don't go mushy, which is a huge turn-off for me. The spice was great with distinctive basil, ginger, and garlic of green curry. Initially, not really spicy. However, by the time you get to the bottom of the bowl, you will be aware of the heat. It's not burn your lips off hot; but if you aren't into hot things, this might not be for you. The price is not bad. Under $1/pkg. For the flavor, I think it's worth it. This is another one of those to have on hand to break the monotony of the SSDD ramen rut.

Much better than the plain chicken and beef, but it does have some spicy to it.

My roommate from Thailand introduced me to Mama brand noodles many years back, and been enjoying their different instant noodles since. Amazon AI suggested that I might like this Green curry noddle out of blue (how did it know?! spooky!) so I decided to give it a try. And this instant noodle is spicy awesome! It is on little bit on the spicy side but you can reduce the heat by cutting back on using the green curry paste. The soup left over after eating noodle was so good that I’ve thought about adding green pepper and other veggies to make green curry like the ones served at Thai restaurant. Maybe I can add a little bit of coconut milk to take the edge off the heat? Definitely buying again! Watch out for the sodium and don’t drink the entire soup!

This green curry noodle soup is far above average. The flavor of green curry is pretty authentic to a Thai style restaurant curry, and the noodles are thick and above average compared to cheap ramen. This is VERY SPICY - so be warned, if you love spice, then this will likely get you there. If you hate spice, it might be traumatic.

Love the flavor, but just noticed the price went up almost 100% as I was about to reorder. Tariffs?

It hit the spot after not having green curry for several years. But this stuff is way too spicy for me and I handle spice pretty well. It’s like wasabi spicy. I only use 25% of the packet due to the intense spiciness, and I feel bad about it. But I can’t risk another headache, I have to work and have fun.
