Bought this hat for my husband for his daily walks around the yard track and when gardening. He’s not looking to win a fashion show with it, but he’s fair skinned with sun sensitivities and a bald head, that makes this the perfect solution for the yard so he won’t ruin one of his good hats. The large brim does a good job shading both his face and neck from the sun and glare. It gets worn daily and considered decent quality than what he had anticipated. It’s a good fit and comfortable to wear. It’s been great for sun protection and the strap has come in handy especially in high winds. The hat has also held up well under a couple of light rains. The original crease from shipping took a bit of work & time to straighten out, but otherwise he has no complaints. It hasn’t been washed yet, so can’t comment on it. It’s easy to pack and store. For the price point and coverage, this was a good purchase. -P.S. He also likes the color!

Foldable,fits perfect and protect you from the sun

It hasn’t rained since this hat arrived and I’ve been too lay and unadventurous to try it in the shower. So I can’t yet comment on how well this hat does in the rain. But I can say it’s what I was hoping for. I have a disability that compels me to use a rollator (fancy walker) when I am out and about. Controlling a walker and an umbrella simultaneously hasn’t worked for me. I need both hands on the walker for optimal stability. Steering a walker while the Chicago winds are filling your umbrella and turning it into a sail is, frankly, dangerous. Likewise, trying to hold an umbrella up high enough to see what and, more importantly, who is around you is difficult. So I am hoping this hat with its broad brim will deflect much of the rain allowing me to retain a shred of dignity when I walk in the rain. Yes, they make mechanical contrivances to mount umbrellas on wheelchairs, mobile chairs and maybe walkers. But they are too big and cumbersome to leave on a rollator all the time and take considerable time to install and uninstall. The hat itself is nice and cushy. It fits well and, of greatest importance, folds into a very compact package. I think it will wear moderately well and last at least two or three years. As of now, it has what I presume will be a permanent place in my rollator bag and I feel prepared to deal with rain. Jerry

Obviously arrived folded...being a round hat it was folded in quarters to make the product smaller for shipping. It was wrapped in clear plastic packaging shrink type wrap with the shipping label attached. No secondary packaging. The material was thicker and heavier than expected. Not flimsy at all. So there were some creases. Needed to lay flat for a bit. There is still some memory left (from being folded up) in the material...so when wearing the hat it feels like it droops to one side (dependent on how the hate is worn. I could turn the hat to more to the side. But the neck strap is now in your face and back of the head, and not to the sides of your head as intended. The wide brim kept me cool, the sun off my neck and face and out of my eyes. Overall, this was a great purchase. I like it A LOT! Also really like the color.

The brim IS BIG!!! Really BIG!!!!! But since IO have issues with skin cancer I need a wide brim. I am still trying to get the creases out but the hat is sturdy and the chin strap help to keep the wide brim hat from blowing off in a wind. Great hat with great with sturdy construction and washable!! The price is great also!

A decent hat but that big ol brim is really wide. Wide and floppy. Any sort of breeze causes problems. I’ve had the brim fold over and smack me in the face with only a light wind. I’ve had it blow off my head from behind and have had the adjustable strap choke me from the hat getting blown off from the front. I gave up and quit wearing it.

This hat is incredibly comfortable and provides excellent coverage. The super wide brim shields almost my entire face from the sun (just leaving the neck area exposed), which is exactly what I was looking for. At 30, I’m becoming more mindful about protecting my skin from UV damage to help slow down aging and maintain a youthful appearance. Since I got this hat, I bring it with me almost every time I go out during the day. It’s lightweight, practical, and gives me real peace of mind under strong sunlight. Definitely a must-have if you care about sun protection and want to keep your skin looking great for years to come!

Muy buen producto. Ajustó a la medida de mi cabeza. Hay que darle una planchada para quitarle las arrugas, pues a la entrega viene doblado y para guardarlo hay que doblarlo de nuevo. El color es más claro de lo que pensé, pero ayudó mucho en unas salidas que hice en días de mucho sol.

è largo, comodo, ripara il sole che è una meraviglia, sta fresco anche il collo e più riposati gli occhi avevo dubbi sul fatto che viene spedito piegato in 4, invece si raddrizza comodamente, non so come fa a stare dritto dopo aver viaggiato piegato ma ci sta ha due nemici. uno è il vento: se non ci fosse il laccio sotto il mento, sarebbe sempre per aria. l'altro è l'ingombro: abituati alla misura della vostra testa, all'inizio non passerete neanche dalle porte

I don't think my head is exactly large but the hat is very tight so watch out for that. Otherwise it's good, a good quality hat.
