Good but not perfect
Was pleased to find this available, though possibly not quite up to the standard ususally found in restaurant preparations.

Tasty, easier than making from scratch, long shelf life.
Very tasty sauce, nice easy alternative to making it from scratch which I've tried and failed so bought this and it's perfect for easy poached eggs and nice with fish. Also it has a long shelf life once opened.

I found this sauce to be distasteful,the lemon was sour and too strong and the overall taste was old and bad,like something left in the pantry too long.

Spread instead of lather
This is a bit more viscous and goopy than what you would normally get at a great brunch spot out in the wild, especially if you’re refrigerating it and taking it right out of the jar; but it makes a great mayo replacement. It’s lighter and more zesty than you would expect, it’s quite nice.

Funny taste
Bought this after difficulty purchasing Maille Hollandaise in the supermarket. It really does not compare with Maille and has a strange taste. Would not buy again sadly
