The OGX Coconut Oil is a staple in my hair care routine. It leaves my hair feeling noticeably softer, smoother and nourished without feeling heavy or greasy. A little goes a long way and it really works well for adding shine and taming frizz. The coconut scent is beautiful not overpowering just fresh and tropical. I love that it’s lightweight enough to use on damp hair before styling or on dry hair to move the ends. It’s also great for giving dull or dry hair healthy looking finish. I also use this as a pre-wash treatment coating the length and ends massaging my scalp ahead of washing. Overall, this is a really versatile hair oil that makes hair look glossy and feel hydrated, especially if you struggle with dryness or frizz. A little goes a long way, applying a peace sized amount to the lengths and ends is more than enough.

I’ve lost count of how many bottles of this I’ve bought! I have dry, wavy 2C Indian brown hair that tends to get frizzy. I wash my hair twice a week — once I do a proper oiling with my homemade oil, and the other time I just use this on my ends. A few drops are enough to smooth the tips without making the hair sticky, though it’s not completely weightless or invisible like Olaplex. Even so, it has been a consistent part of my routine for over two years. I use other pre-wash and post-wash products too, but this oil has definitely helped maintain healthy growth and reduce split ends. The quality and quality for the price is unbeatable. I always stock up when on special offer or sale. The scent is just okay — not my favourite and a bit on the cheaper side — but I apply it the night before washing, so it doesn’t bother me. I’ve recommended it to several friends and they’ve liked it as well. The small bottle is travel-friendly and easy to carry during long trips. Overall, I recommend it for maintaining healthy hair and keeping the ends nourished.

Nice and easy to use feels oily as expected but its much smaller than I thought it would be . I do really love the coconut smell and you only need a very small amount.

Bit skeptical at first as I didn't really like the idea of having oily hair but it doesn't make your hair oily at all. You only use a tiny amounts as in drops for your whole head of hair so it lasts ages, I still have half a bottle and I bought it ages ago. Its good for making your hair soft and sleeking down those stray hairs. I use it about an hour before showering to let it soak in before washing out so I won't be left with greasy or build up hair or for the days my hair is really frizzy and just needs to have a bit of moisture that isnt going to make my hair feel weighed down. Just squeeze the bottle gently and get a couple drops out and that does my thick curly hair well. A little goes a long way.

This is a great hair oil for dry or damaged hair for regular oiling. I personally use it for a deep condition for my ends, leaving it on for several hours to improve hair condition. It helps my hair making it softer, thicker feeling and healthier. This is a very thick oil and not a lot is needed. Can be used on dry, clean hair to add some shine to the ends, would not recommend using this on the top of your hair (if clean) as it is very rich and will make your hair look greasy.

Smells really nice and leaves hair feeling soft after use. However, it is quite thick and heavy, so it can weigh the hair down if you use too much. I found it works better on dry or frizzy hair, but if your hair is fine or gets oily easily, it might feel too heavy. A small amount goes a long way, so I’d recommend using just a few drops.

Brilliant stuff. Apply it after I’ve washed my hair on wet hair. You only need a bit to avoid greasiness and it lasts ages and ages. Will be buying again. Smells so nice. Value for money.

I have been using this oil for a solid 5 or so years, I genuinely dont think id swap to anything else. Its cheap, nourishing and missing one use is noticeable in my hair texture. A little goes a long way, for medium length hair a 5p-10p coin size is all you need. I buy this once a year it lasts so long ! Wouldn't recommend on any other hair than wet, damp or dry it can feel greasy and heavy, definitely a before anything else product

I have recently incorporated this product into my hair before washing after being influenced online. I have less hair breakage and less hair falling out after only a few weeks. Arrived next day after ordering!
