Rattan Furniture Set

Took a while to assemble. Instructions were pretty clear and they even give you a rachet hex key for the screws. It's a reasonable size and quite comfortable. The cushion material appears to be waterproof and it looks like the picture. The cover doesn't appear to be completely waterproof so I did purchase another one. Overall great for the price.

Ok, so to start with this item is about £400, whereas a really good ratan set of similar size is about £2000 from a garden centre so you're paying about 20%, and that includes international shipping from china, plus local delivery in the UK. Do not expect the same quality, they're obviously chalk and cheese in that regard. Understand that, expect some frustrations with quality, and I think you'll be happy (do not try to compare with the EU made £2k garden centre set!). So the seller was great, answered my pre-purchase question clearly and quickly, and delivered the set exactly as stated. The set did if course arrive with some damaged panels (significantly dinged during shipping) which necessitated some rework my end to straighten a foot pad, alongside a loose stud in one of the feet which needed some effort to rectify, bit of a pain but .... Set expectations as I say. Other than that the build was easy with actually very good instructions, no real complaints there but with one caveat, the foot studs are WAY too long so I strongly advise having a 13mm ring spanner handy (preferably ratchet). The supplied spanner isn't up to the job and using that alone would add a very long time to the build and result in very sore fingers , just go buy a cheap ring spanner, you'll thank me! Once complete it's looks great and is very comfortable. I would say it'll last a good couple of years but maybe longer, time and winter months will tell. All in all I'm happy, very cheap by comparison and 100% what I needed

After a bit of a do with delivery, it arrived today, took hubby and me a few hours to put together but we did it, it really is quality, mine is being used as a dining room suit ,

I shopped everywhere and checked reviews.. this was a low price and perfect size etc I ordered said was coming in 5 days literally got it next day so I was pleasantly surprised.. it’s absolutely well worth the price sturdy and looks the part, photo doesn’t do it justice the area width of my decking is 3 metres, I also built it myself took about 1 1/2 hours I always read the instructions front to back and then back to front and make sure I prep the pieces etc .. the cover isn’t overly waterproof but for the price I wasn’t expecting magic tricks .. so take it from me who is a thrifty shopper this is brilliant and well worth the money we had five of us on sofa last night and ample room .. town of my dogs sleeping.. can you spot them 😎 also I did buy Velcro for £5 off amazon sticky back to hold the cushions up and works a treat .. easy to clean too .. update .. I have bought best way waterproof cover from amazon and perfect ! rainy nights and 100% waterproof cushions was still bone dry

Terrible quality, not very stable, the thickness of the metal bars is not sufficient. Only buy if you want to be buying another set in a months time

The assembly process was straightforward, though it definitely requires two people. It took us approximately 3–4 hours to complete the full 8-seater set. For a set under £500, the rattan quality is exactly what you’d expect, decent, but not premium. However, the cushions are soft and comfortable. Just a heads-up: they are not waterproof, so you’ll need to store them inside during rain. The biggest disappointment is the included protective cover. After nearly a year of use, it hasn't held up against the weather. It has frayed and ripped, and the drawstring toggle is useless for keeping it secure. The furniture itself has survived the elements well, but I strongly recommend skipping the included cover and investing about £100 in a separate heavy-duty version instead.

Great bit of kit for the price. Takes a while to build, just remember not to tighten everything up till all the screws are in place!
