Used for hot tap filter
Needed this for the boiling water tap in the kitchen. Does the job perfectly. Good value compared to higher priced ones. Very easy to fit

Not compatible with our EB3FX (2025) boiler
FC04 Filter looks good, but we have a lincat EB3FX (2025 purchase), and although the description / filter says it is compatible with the EB3FX it will not fit. Which is a shame as they are a much better price than purchasing from Nisbets.

Had a problem with this product and i could only get through to Amazons auto reply but since then the company contacted me after leaving the review and have since sent a replacement. Thank you ! The water come out of the filter at the top as it doesn't clip in like the real ones (couldn't purchase the Lincat ones so these were the only option at the time)

They leak a lot when fitting
They are a pain to fit but eventually ok. Much cheaper than OEM.

As good as the real thing
These filters are just as good as the manufacturers ones they hast just as long and at half the price. Comes with month stickers so you can remember when they were started to be used. Well worth the money.
