What are the nipples made of?

The box i received says it comes with 2 level 2 nipples and 2 level 3 nipples but all the nipples i received has a 1 on them. are they level 1?

That is correct. If it says 1 they are size 1.

What’s the difference between the narrow neck and wide neck?

Thank you for your inquiry. The only difference in the standard and wide neck bottle is the nipple. Some babies will prefer one style over the other and some babies do not have a preference and will take both. Both bottles function the same with the venting system in the bottle helping reduce gas, spit-up, burping and colic.

Can they be used without the anticolic straw without leaking?

Thank you for your inquiry. The Dr. Brown's Options PLUS bottles can be used without the vent. If you notice a change in the bottle function after removing the vent, we would suggest going up a nipple level to support this.
