I love this seaweed. Try it over salad, in soups and any meal will be enhanced by the taste. I even tried a sprinkle over my dogs food. Suzzie is getting on in dog years. She has been a treasure for 14 years, and, I am glad to say I put this over her food and she loved it.

We received this product as part of the Amazon Vine program We love seaweed and regularly have seaweed strips to eat as is or with Asian style dishes. We were therefore keen to try this product with Vine. Here are our thought on this Seaweed:- • Security sealed properly as you have to cut the top off to open. • The closing seal is brilliant – we could hear the seal engage when closing so we could be sure we had properly closed it. • The packaging is well designed. Everything is laid out well, easy to understand and has maximum impact. We normally struggle trying to see the NRV values but this design is great, making a point to call out the important nutrient content. • Best before is easy to find and not short dated but have 9-10 months left on ours. • This seaweed is harvested before it had a chance to fully grow. This apparently reduces the time the plants have to less time for heavy metal exposure. We have no way to test this but logically makes sense and we like this concept. • Vegan suitable – tick! • Non-GMO – tick! • Organic certified – tick! • Recipe QR code – nice touch! • Biodegradable packaging which includes the seal. This is interesting as we thought the seal was plastic. • Fresh tasting but a little salty compared to our normal brand so we prefer this in food over snacking Overall recommendation – one of the best food packing we’ve ever seen - all biodegradable and easy to read. No need to strain your eyes to get the NRV percent of the minerals in the seaweed. For us this is best served in our cooking rather than raw as a snack. Still cant believe the seal isn't plastic. If this is in your price point and you like a saltier seaweed then this is definitely worth a purchase!

Love this product. Arrived as expected and taste lovely. Use this now instead if salt and it hadds great flavour to fish.

I was rather disappointed by this because the word flakes implies it would be something larger than what this is, which is the size of loose tea.

This really adds flavour to veggie soup, also thickens up while bringing natural salt too. I’ve now bought more as well as other types of seaweed from this brand. Great source of minerals. I specifically looked for Atlantic ocean rather than others.

High quality organic wakame. It’s fine & doesn’t dominate my miso soup yet provides flavor & nutrients. Love it in my Blue Zone Japanese breakfast

It has no taste so it’s very easy to sprinkle over my food and eat. Great health benefits. I love it. I wish it’s not so expensive

Nice that the flakes are freeze dried; no need to rehydrate prior to adding to dishes or recipes. Good flavor, just the right amount of seaweed, I will actually use it all before the expiration date. So far, I've used the flakes to add "seafood' flavors to vegan gumbo, crab-free cakes and chickpea 'tuna.' All of the dishes were delicious.
