It states on the Quercetin bottle that it stops the progression of pre diabetes. It lowered my glucose from 101 to 95.

How much zinc and how much quercetin in this product by mg?

To answer Kimberly M.'s question on Jan 18th: According to the label, the serving size is 2 capsules. There are 120 capsules in a bottle, but only 60 servings. Each capsule contains 11mg of zinc and 400mg of quercetin. Taking 2 capsules will give you the total amount per serving, which is 22mg of zinc and 800mg of quercetin.

Does this raise your blood pressure?

My research suggests that quercetin LOWERS blood pressure rather than raising it.
