As a DIY enthusiast, I recently tried the DAP 37584 Liquid Cement Crack Filler for some minor repairs around my home, and it exceeded my expectations. The application process was straightforward, and the consistency of the filler made it easy to pour and spread into the cracks. After drying, it blended seamlessly with the existing concrete, leaving a smooth, professional-looking finish. This product has saved me a lot of time and effort compared to traditional methods. It's durable and holds up well to weather changes, which is a huge plus. However, there are a few things to keep in mind. The color is a bit lighter than my older concrete, but it’s barely noticeable unless you’re looking closely. Also, it’s best used for smaller cracks; for wider gaps, you might need multiple applications to fill it properly. Despite these minor issues, the DAP Liquid Cement Crack Filler is a fantastic product that I highly recommend for anyone looking to do quick and effective concrete repairs. Worked well my cracks didn’t grow over the winter

Ya, not bad. Was easy to apply and use on a blue rock foundation. The color is lighter but I don’t care. Had to seal to keep critters out. Might have to add perhaps crushed sand or rock with mixture. Durability not sure. Should hold up till whenever and in that case it does not then just do over.

Works great however color is a little different.

I used this on my porch that had a crack all the way across it. This was a deep crack but not very thick. I used painters tape to mask the sides of the crack and cleaned the crack out. Then poured this into the crack. After 30 mins I came back with a wet rag and cleaned up excess product being careful not to pull up product from the crack. It is mostly hardened by then but not fully set so being careful not to pull product from the crack but from the sides to keep the crack clean looking. Doing this keeps all the product in the crack and makes the crack invisible. Great product!

I purchased this product to fill cracks in the concrete of my driveway. Pros: 1) Because it is a liquid it does a good job of getting down into the cracks. Touch ups should be easy in the future too. 2) When it hardens it feels strong and should last some time. Cons: 1) Takes a long time to dry. I did part of my driveway and it took almost a whole week before it dried completely and we had warm weather. I did the remaining areas of my drive way the next week and we got a surprise rain storm the next day and most of the sealant washed away. Now it needs to be redone. 2) When it gets wet it stands out like a sore thumb, so be very careful when applying (see attached picture).

Overall the hardest part of this task was the preparation, it’s real important to clean and prep the space you’re gonna fill. I power washed the cracks in my expansion joints of the driveway. I also scraped any loose pieces of concrete so I had a solid bond. Once I started the pour of the liquid cement filler it went very fast. It leveled out quickly and setup in decent time. (I live in the southwest so it’s pretty warm on the driveway). The only thing I might be cautious about is I used 2 entire bottles with in 2 days to fill the cracks. If you’re not using the entire contents of the bottle in a timely manner I’m not sure it wouldn’t hardening the bottle once exposed to air. You’d wanna keep it absolutely covered, and keep it in a stable temperature area.

Worked like it was supposed to. Be aware it will keep moving for several hours after it is put into gap. If you are trying to fill a hole you’ll probably need to refill at least once maybe twice over a couple of days. Otherwise really good product, dries lighter than surrounding concrete.

This product works great, will see if it holds up over winter.
