EnerGel Pentel X Retractable Liquid Gel Pen (0.7mm) Metal Tip, Red Ink, Box of 12 (BL107-B)

The .7 flows a bit too much, but at under $9 for a dozen, it's a great deal. Add to that how well the ink glides on nearly any paper, and it's hard to beat these pens. Sure they are not made in Japan anymore, and the pen is all-plastic, but the hue of the blue is beautiful, the click is satisfying, and the grip is good too. Sadly, they do seem to finish fast, but at this quality and this price, it's fine to frequently refill the stash. Refills are available too, but don't make any financial sense to buy those as they are more expensive than buying the full sets of 12. If you're looking for possibly the best value/quality pens ever, these are it.

Recommend for smooth writing and perfect line thickness - not too thick or thin. Have been buying the pens & the refills for YEARS. High consistency of ink quality. Love these pens. People who borrow them love them, too, so I give many away; that's why I have to buy the pens themselves as well as the refills. If they ever stop selling the refills I'll be SAD, bc I'll have to find another pen - I'm cheap like that. Love these pens.

Love these pens!!!!!Have used these for a few years and love the colors, the smoothness of the ink, the fact that they DO NOT smear and the the longevity!!!!! My favorite colors are the purple and sky blue!!!!!! Received my order much faster than expected AND received a GIFT with my order. ;) Recommend this vendor and will purchase from them again!!!!

I have been teaching high school English for the past 9 years (daunting, I know). I really do not like to use red pens because they always make a paper look like it's bleeding hence it has a negative connotation. Regardless, I have always used green pens. These particular pens, the Pentel EnerGel-X are pretty much as good as it gets. They write smoothly, and rarely smear. Everything I have ever wanted in a pen. I wish that they sold them in bulk at Office Max, though, because that is where my school gets supplies. Since they do not, I have to buy them with my own money :(. The simple fact of the matter, is that I am willing to part with upwards of $100 per school year to use these pens. That's an endorsement!!!

LOVE the colors but going for a finer point next time

I bought a box of these 0.7mm pens, following up that purchase with the same pens in the 1.0mm size, which I prefer. The 0.7mm pens are nice, but I find that they're just very slightly scratchy on paper, whereas the 1.00mm size lays down a truly smooth line of gel ink. The 7's are very nice pens, but my preference is for the wider line and smoother flow. With the 1.0 pens I get the full feel of a gel pen; with the 0.7's it still feels like gel, but I don't find the smoothness to be AS noticeable. The more narrow line of the 0.7mm pens might appear a bit more refined, and in the photo I'm attaching you can see the difference in the line widths. I'm left handed but don't drag my hand across the ink as I write, but I did test for smearing and with regular paper I get no smearing at all. I haven't had these long enough to say definitively how long a pen will last, but no issues in that regard are apparent so far. They arrive with a tiny bead of plastic on the tip, meaning there are no issues with drying prior to receipt. Bottom line for me: these are very nice gel pens, nice feel, good gel/ink flow, but I slightly prefer the even smoother 1.0mm point versions of the same pen.

I’m left handed and some ink gel pens do not dry fast enough as I write which causes smudges on my paper. These pens are smooth, easy to write with and dries very quickly.

Set de bolígrafos de correcto acabado y de agradable manejo. El cuerpo es completamente de plástico. El mecanismo retáctil funciona correctamente, aunque para mi gusto el botón tiene demasiado recorrido. Si su ergonomía es uno de sus puntos fuertes, el mayor de ellos es sin duda la escritura, rápida y fluida gracias a la tinta gel. La saturación del color (azul en este caso) es media-baja, presentando una intensidad típica de los bolígrafos de este tipo de tintal. El secado de la tinta es muy rápido cuando se escribe en papeles con una porosidad normal (folio de calidad media), siendo apto para zurdos. Los recambios, que son de la serie Energel de Pentel, se adquieren con facilidad, estando disponibles un buen número de colores. Aún no he comprobado la duración de un recambio, aunque mi impresión es que será la normal para un bolígrafo de tinta gel. Hasta la fecha recomiendo si duda su compra.

La prima caratteristica che ha catturato la mia attenzione è stata l'asciugatura rapida dell'inchiostro. Questa caratteristica si è rivelata particolarmente utile, poiché le linee scritte sono rimaste nitide e chiare senza alcun segno di sbavatura. Questo è un vantaggio significativo, soprattutto per coloro che, come me, cercano di evitare l'inevitabile macchia dell'inchiostro fresco. La fluidità dell'inchiostro è un altro punto a favore di queste penne. La scrittura è scorrevole e senza sforzo, il che ha reso l'atto di scrivere un piacere piuttosto che un compito. L'inchiostro è luminoso e ben visibile sulla pagina, conferendo alle parole un aspetto pulito e professionale. L'impugnatura in gomma è stata una sorpresa piacevole. Non solo offre un comfort notevole durante la scrittura, ma previene anche l'affaticamento della mano. La sensazione di scrittura super morbida è risultata davvero piacevole e ho potuto scrivere per lunghi periodi senza avvertire disagio. La dimensione del tratto da 0,7 mm è una scelta personale, ma può risultare un po' troppo spessa per alcune persone, specialmente per chi predilige un tratto più sottile e raffinato. Non so se Pentel offra anche la variante da 0,5 mm per coloro che preferiscono uno stile di scrittura più elegante. La penna è anche dotata di una clip da tasca che si è dimostrata utile per tenerla sempre a portata di mano. Inoltre, la possibilità di ricaricare la penna con le ricariche Energel LR7 contribuisce a ridurre l'impatto ambientale, considerando anche che il prodotto è realizzato con il 84% di materiali riciclati. In conclusione, la Pentel BL107 EnerGel X è una penna roller gel che offre una scrittura fluida, asciugatura rapida e un comfort di alto livello grazie alla sua impugnatura gommata. Il tratto da 0,7 mm potrebbe non essere adatto a tutti, indubbiamente la variante da 0,5 mm offre un'opzione più sottile ed elegante. Complessivamente, è una scelta degna per chi cerca una penna di qualità per un'esperienza di scrittura piacevole e senza sforzo.

Meine Frau und ich korrigieren sehr gerne damit. Das Rot passt wunderbar, er trocknet (relativ) schnell und die Stifte halten wirklich lang. Klare Kaufempfehlung!
