Helps manage my Endometriosis
Short review: I know this product is marketed towards lucid dreaming but I take mugwort to manage the pain from my endometriosis around the time of my period. I used these this past winter when I did not have access to fresh mugwort from my garden. The pills are small and easy to swallow, good packaging and I would recommend them. Long Review: Last year, I had a terrible flare up of endo—imagine the worst stabbing pain in your abdomen and lower back. It feels like a knife in your gut and some ladies have actually passed out from the pain (I nearly did a few years ago). I typically do not take pain killers like Tylenol or aspirin but for one whole month last year, I had to take these pills nearly every day because the pain was so bad. I was basically bedridden that whole month. There’s no real or easy cure for endo but like many health conditions, managing it proactively is key. I learned about mugwort from my partner’s Chinese parents and after my own research, discovered that it was used to manage female menstrual pain/conditions in Chinese and Korean cultures. Luckily, the partner’s parents had a few seedlings to give me (they are considered a perennial weed in most western gardens). I made a soup with mugwort, turmeric, shoaxing wine, salt and pepper to taste, and eggs (kinda like a mugwort eggdrop soup) and eat it twice a week or so immediately after my period. The turmeric is anti-inflammatory (inflammation is considered to exasperate the endo conditions so I also went on an anti-inflammatory diet--less red meat and milk)). The mugwort soup helped immensely during the summer months and I tried to dry mugwort for the winter months when it was no longer growing in the garden. However, because I’d just started growing mugwort, I did not have enough to last me through the winter and decided to give these organic mugwort pills a try. They were a good replacement. I take two pills a few times a month after my period (I don’t take them every day). For those who don't like the slightly bitter taste of mugwort, these pills are ideal since you don't have to experience the taste for too long. The feeling I get is similar to how I feel after trying CBD gummies (of which I tried a few times during my quest to manage Endo naturally). Because I like to mult- task, I also tried to induce lucid dreaming during these endo treatment days. I listen to lucid dreaming music on youtube, take these pills, put on relaxing oil diffuser and sleep with an eye mask. I don’t know if I can actually lucid dream (I think I’m too uptight to relax that way) but it definitely is conducive to good sleep. Last note, a bottle lasted me over 3 months and now my mugworts are growing again. I definitely recommend these to try for someone in my situation.

Sweet dreams are made of these
This is my second order of Dream Leaf's mugwort capsules, even though I had not finished the first order earlier in the month. I was an instant fan of these the first night I took them. Although I had heard mugwort tounted by herbalist fans for many years I had not tried it myself until recently. With age and erratic schedule my normal sleep cycles had gotten way out of whack but I'd been under the false impression that older people needed less sleep. Health professionals began to change their tune. So I tried getting my circadian rhythms out of the blues and into fade to black. Melotonin worked for a while but it had to be timed just right to avoid waking up with a sleep drunk hangover. Time went by and I had to up the dosage for a quick knockout but then I'd wake up around 2 am after only about 4 hours sleep. So seeing the lucid dreamers sing its praises I got me some and it worked like a charm. It didn't knock me out like someone had slipped me a mickey. It just relaxed me enough to doze off naturally. I made the mistake of telling my wife and she said: "Let me try some of those." They worked for her too except she commented she'd been have weird dreams after she'd been taking them for a couple of days. I hadn't mentioned that effect to her because my dreams hadn't been any weirder than the ones I normally have. "Well, it does you good to clear the cache at night." I told her. Pretty soon my first order started shrinking fast because we were both using it. So I made another order because I didn't want to run out and lose sleep waiting for the next shipment. The delivery was speedy just as the first one had been. Dream Leaf delivers the goods fast in more ways than one. They also have the best price per quantity for a product of known reliability. That's why I'll be ordering from them again. I'd advise any fence sitters out there not to put off ordering some until tomorrow because the sleep you save could be your own.

Update: So far so good….(dreams)
Previous Review (1 week in) I’m a little more aware and recall is a little better. It works also great for falling asleep and staying asleep. I couldn’t say I have more control in my dreams but I can see difference. I’m hoping it gets better with time. Update: (a few weeks in) The more you take these consistently the more you’re going to recall and interact with your dreams. I’m already an active dreamer but this has allowed to recall a lot more then before and now a few weeks in, I can control my dreams a little better and really interact with my actual dream and be able to have an active role. Last night I had dream inside a dream, thought I woke up and was talking about and hours later woke from that dream to recall both.

Great product, is as described
I have been researching different ways to relax and unwind in a natural sense. Chamomile tea or Valerian generally does the trick but I sometimes need an extra bit of something it seems to fully relax. Organic Mugwort was a herb I had read that had properties to do just that with the added bonus of reportedly making ones dreams more lively. After trying the product for a few weeks now I can successfully say that as far as relaxation goes Mugwort and this particular product does the trick wonderfully. It does not have the powerful smell like Valerian and it is in terms of strength much stronger then Chamomile. The product itself comes in the bottle identical the picture in the products description above and the capsules are standard size. As for the increased dream vividness I had moderate success with that. I had a few dreams that were more vivid then I usually do and my recall of them was greatly improved. If you are interested in having more memorable dreams and the like then this product may help you with that. Overall, this is a fantastic product and while a tad bit more then some others being sold on amazon, the quality and peace of mind of the source of the herb itself was worth it.

Mugwort Assists In Bringing On Vivid Dreams
Once I learned that mugwort can help induce vivid dreams, I began using it before bed, and it seems to work. I like that this product is organic; if it were inorganic, I might as well be swallowing rocks. Seriously, I appreciate organic foods, but I was unaware that mugwort was being genetically modified. I think the 'organic' phrase is just a knee-jerk marketing ploy. Still, the product does seem to help vivify my dreams, and the vegan aspect is a positive. In addition to the slight dream enhancement, mugwort can also help with sleep and restfulness in general. Some studies suggest it can be helpful for pain relief due to inflammation and for digestive issues, although I don't take it for that reason. The capsules are small, compared to some, and easy to swallow. I'll continue to use this.

Works but not very potent
After discovering a TikTok video discussing mugwort and its potential for enhancing dream vividness, I decided to give it a try. Ordering some tea from Etsy, I was pleasantly surprised by the incredibly vivid dreams I experienced—something I hadn't encountered in over three decades. However, as luck would have it, I quickly depleted my supply of dried tea leaves. Eager to continue exploring mugwort's effects, I opted for capsules while awaiting more tea. Yet, the capsules proved to be somewhat inconsistent in their effectiveness; I found that taking five before bedtime yielded the desired results. Interestingly, I observed that when I took ibuprofen for my tennis elbow injury, my dreaming seemed to be suppressed. To test this theory, I took a week-long break from ibuprofen. Though convenient for immediate use, I found some of the capsules disappointingly only about 60% filled. Despite this, for expedited delivery, the capsules are a viable option. Nevertheless, based on my experience, the tea remains my preferred method of consumption for optimal dream enhancement.

It works, but keep reading
I bought this expecting it to work the first try which was not the case for me. However, let's look into why that was likely my experience and may also be yours. 1) I am not someone who normally remembers my dreams or quite frankly names, numbers, etc. Honestly, at the young age of 24 I have a horrible memory. Hence possiblity number 1) dream(s) had during a nights' sleep can be had and even vivid but quickly forgotten, therefore dismissed and later assumed to never have existed. 2)The purpose of this supplement is to have a lucid dream. This can take active practice of both gaining awareness during sleep (becoming lucid), and remembering the dreams you have. From this it is obvious (to me) that one should give this product several attempts. As someone with a poor memory and after a few attempts and only experiencing somewhat vivid (life-like without being fully aware) I was beginning accept this as good enough. This is why I am writing this review now. I had quit this supplement and put it aside for some time but after giving another attempt I found out how to properly use it. °DO: *Make sure you are making the intention to lucid dream before falling asleep/ entering meditation *Record your dreams upon waking in a journal *Give the supplement and practice enough time to work (as previously stated, don't give up after a few attempts) *Start with one capsule to verify tolerance *Google, "WBTB"-this is an approach to lucid dreaming DONT: *Take this as medical advice *Disregard this review because of the effort applied (I was not endorsed to write this review) Although a sponsorship would be welcomed in future haha. *Give up after a few attempts (especially if you haven't followed the steps in this review first)

Great herb for sleep!
Great herb for sleep! ... If you are wanting something to help "push" you into the direction of lucid dreams, this herb will probably suit you ... To my knowledge, I didn't have any lucid dreams ... But it's possible that if I continually take mugwort along with other natural products, lucid dreaming just might happen ... And even out-of-body experiences just might happen while asleep as well ... Because lucid dreams and out-of-body experiences are "next-door neighbors" on the "continuum of consciousness" ... It seemed like I felt a bit "lighter" the next morning after the first night of taking mugwort ... And thereafter, I may feel a bit "lighter" after taking mugwort the night before ... Mugwort may account, at least partially, for the legend created where witches are pictured as flying on brooms ... In ancient times, the word "witch" simply meant "Wise One", but with the advent of competitory religion, the word became synonymous with undesirable traits instead of being synonymous with "pureness of mind" and wisdom ... Witches wanted to heal people with herbs and thus, they were healers ... The medical community consorted with the competitory religion to try to get rid of their competition ... Because witches were healing people naturally and they were likely very pure, innocent people who only had good intentions for helping people ... Mugwort herb may have helped give them the associated concept of being able to fly on brooms ... They likely never flew on brooms LITERALLY in the physical plane ... But likely they had been afforded the ability to fly in the astral plane while asleep via mugwort or some other similar herb, whether it was flight on a broom (like an "astral broom") or whether it was flight by another means (like just flying on their own).
