Great product! Relieves pain and heals!!
It works!! I don't know why but I see some bad reviews and I think people either don't know how to use them or are using them wrong. These really are a lifesaver and make it heal a lot faster. I noticed if I put it on the area of my lip and there's not an overproduction of saliva and I hold it on there for like 1 minute long enough for it to attach to the skin, it stays on for a while. If it gets wet first it won't stick. You can even dry it with a cotton ball first. These are the only things that have helped relieve pain and heal it faster at the same time. I do recommend only using half if it's not real big because you get twice as much uses out of it and that way if it doesn't stick then you can try with the other half. These do not stick to gums and I think the closest to your gums the harder it is because of the amount of saliva that sits in your mouth in that area. But like I said hold it on long enough until you know it's attached and you should be good! Also, if you are constantly messing with it in your mouth it won't last as long because you will wear down the gel on the tablet. If you can get it to work properly it's 100% worth it and don't give up. If it doesn't work the first couple of times keep trying. I noticed another review also said that there was no phone number to get a hold of the company but my package came with a card with an email and phone number for dentemp on it. So maybe they did not receive one?? I will attach the photo here! I have not tried contacting the company as I haven't had any issues. I definitely recommend this over any other product that does not work or only takes away the pain for a few minutes. The photo of the tablet in my mouth is 2 hours after applying.

As an experienced canker treatment tester, this is my number one go-to.
I've tried 'em all. My medicine cabinet is full of about 10 different canker remedies... anbesol, manuka honey, canker-rid, KANKA, and way more. Upon trying canker cover a few months ago, I finally stopped buying new stuff because it works perfectly for me, alongside zilactin-B: - This product (canker cover) provides the best protection and my sores heal more quickly than with anything I've had before. That is because I finally realized that the biggest reason for slow healing is that they get poked and prodded without noticing during the day or night. If your canker sore hurts during the day, that means your actions are preventing it from quickly healing and the best thing you can do is physically protect it. Apply this as early on as possible and the sore will not last long, and make sure that you don't get the canker cover wet before applying it, or else it won't stick as well. Canker cover is the only product I've tried that very sturdily protects the sore, and keeps it reliably sealed so that food doesn't get in. It is especially useful at night, I was frequently hurting the sore while sleeping unawares. - But, for sores that are near the lips, canker cover is quite visible. So when I'm going to eat with a friend, or singing in choir, I use Zilactin-B to cover the sore. Zilactin-B provides noticeably less protection than canker cover, but still makes a world of difference compared to having nothing. Make sure not to put too much or on too wet skin or it won't ever properly dry, and it'll just fall off. Too little, and you get less protection. It may take a few times to learn how to apply it right. Those two are the perfect combo. I've been meaning to leave this review for months because forreal this has been a huge help to me. Canker cover in particular is a bit pricey but 100% worth it. Another thing that helped was getting my sharpest "wolf teeth" ground down at the dentist (they did it for free, took 5mins). Also, brush regularly and drink lots of water ;) Edit: Also! I recommend Squigle toothpaste, it irritates the sore less. I use the version with fluoride. My sores usually peak at just under 1cm diameter if not treated and are usually inside the mouth. Canker cover will probably not work for sores on the tongue, but Zilactin-B will.

EXTREMELY PAINFUL
I put a tablet on a canker sore on the inside of my bottom lip before bed two nights ago and woke up with a bulky glob between my lip and gums. It had not dissolved at all whatsoever even after a full night of sleep. Every time I moved my mouth it pulled on my sore. It was visible that I had something in my mouth so I followed the instructions for removing it and it ripped open my canker sore and now I have a gash on the inside of my lip thatโs more painful than the sore ever was. Last night I tried using a tablet to protect the new wound that the original one gave me but used only half of one so that I wouldnโt have to remove it in the morning before work. It hurts every time I move my mouth (it feels like it keeps getting caught on my gums), especially when I tried eating even though I chewed on the opposite side of my mouth. It hurts to even move my mouth into a position where Iโm able to drink water. It actually also hurts when my mouth isnโt even moving.

Pain free but still has problems | Update: It worked
I have a huge sore behind my top lipโthis thing has hung around longer than my dad. Iโve tried everything to get rid of it and ease the pain so I can eat fruit gummies but numbing only last so long and drinking is awful. The cost is outrageous for what you get, but it did apply easy. I stuck it right on and it stayed(it did burn for several seconds but that died down). Be careful not to touch it with your lips because I almost sealed my bottom lip to my top lip, this thing STICKS. Iโve had it on for roughly an hourโand it has dissolved somewhat, but not nearly close to what it claims. The box said 30 minutes and itโll dissolve to a thin, clear film, right now itโs like a gelatinous puck. While that is slightly annoying, it has helped with the pain. I can talk without being in immense pain, I can lick my lips again HALLELUJAH! I use a straw to drink(sorry turtles), and am only eating foods I can stick in the back of my mouth (jello, fruit snacks, turkey sticks, mac and cheese, etc.) While I wish there wasnโt this mushy hockey puck stuck to my lip, I will take it over the pain. Update: so I had it on for 3 hours and it still didnโt dissolve fully. I had to peel the gunk off with my hands because it started sticking to my teeth and lips. Gross and ow. But it did leave the clear film over the sore so yay? Overnight the film also balled up into gelatinous gunk that I had to peel off. Overall I got roughly 3-4 hours without pain. Update 2: I used it again the next night, same deal. Didnโt dissolve, peeled off gunk before bed. This time I donโt think the film stayed on. It kind of slid to the side which is annoying but I was still pain free while I had it on. Just used some numbing Orajel before going to bed. Iโve noticed that these are actually healing this sore. Iโve tried the Colgate sore rinse, orajel, even my husband made โMagic mouthwashโ(he works in a pharmacy). Nothing worked. These patches seem to actually be healing the sore relatively quickly THANK GOD! Worth it to me right now, but I would probably only spend the money if I had a bad sore that just wonโt go away. If you have small sores in hard to reach areas, just rinse it. Dont use these.

Relief from Canker pain while you eat, drink, talk, and sleep; even with Invisalign
I have used this product (and the version that used to be made by DenTek) for years. These Dentemp Canker Covers are nearly identical to the DenTek version (DenTek no longer makes theirs). These work great! Yes, they do form a goopy gel-like blob barrier while they work; which can feel a bit slimy. If you have to position the cover near your lips then the goopy gel-like blop can show a bit while you talk while wearing them. I don't care, the relief from the pain is sooooo worth it. You can even drink and eat while wearing them, as long as you chew on the other side of your mouth and carefully (take small bites). You want to be careful not to catch at the gel blob, you do not want to forcefully pull it off. You need to allow the blob to dissolve slowly (which takes about 6 to 8 hours) as that is what really assists with the healing. They do have a minty menthol taste, similar to old original Listerine. The taste does fade after about an hour or so. If you wear the Invisalign braces trays, as I do, you will find that you get a lot of mouth sores where the oral buttons rub on the inside of your mouth when the trays are out. These Dentemp Canker Covers really help to soothe that pain and heal those sores. IMPORTANT: When you first apply these Canker Covers notice that the exposed side of the cover has an orange-pink vegetable dye coloring. Be sure to allow time for that colored dye to dissolve (about 30 minutes) before you put your trays back in. Otherwise, the dye will stain your trays. My sores are stubborn. It takes 2 to 3 applications to fully heal them. They are a bit spendy for the little you get (the price shown is for one box of 6) I still think they are worth it. I get canker sores often enough that I buy several boxes of these Dentemp Canker Covers at a time; so that I can always have some on hand.

There okay but pricey !
This works and does coat your kanker sore but only last about and hour and then you have to redo it you only get 6 covers and the taste is terrible also don't plan on drinking or eating when you put them on they dissolve a lot faster and they hurt initially putting them on and taking the excess off. So for that I give it 3 stars but it does work okay .

This works!
This DOES work. It completely covers the sore which keeps it away from the acid in your mouth that keeps canker sores from healing. It also completely stops the pain while itโs on. If you apply it wrong it will *not* work. Itโs all on you. It cuts healing time down from 10 days to 3. It turns into a huge, thick disgusting gelatinous blob, which is exactly what itโs supposed to do, so I use it at night while Iโm sleeping. I break it into quarters because it expands, and expands, and expands! and covers the whole sore. What works: BAKING SODA. If I bite my lip, I immediately start putting baking soda on it 3x per day. I get a weird taste in a spot where a sore is starting so the second I notice that I use the baking soda. Baking soda oftentimes prevented the sore from developing at all. I brush my teeth with straight baking soda while thatโs going on. Tylenol. Iโm not generally an idiot so Iโm not sure why it took me decades to figure out that pain medication works. Do not use Advil, Alieve, meloxicam, ibuprofen. All of those *cause* canker sores. I finally had to start telling Drs I was allergic to meloxicam to stop them from prescribing it. Silver nitrate is something a dentist can apply. It cauterizes the sore. It doesnโt โstingโ when itโs applied, it is searing agony. Other than an actual canker sore itโs the worst pain I have ever felt. Tears rolling down my face, I felt it in my whole jaw. And then itโs gone. Completely. 100%. The whole thing, the sore, the searing agony; all of it, gone. Use only SLS free toothpaste. I use hello for kids. It works plus itโs sparkly & tastes like bubblegum! Whatever you use, it must be SLS free. AVOID! Chocolate Anything with any citric acid. (Did you know thereโs citric acid in jelly beans?!? Yeah, me neither. Now I do though!) check all labels to make sure. Any & all forms of Vitamin C Sushi (Sushi?!?!? Yup, donโt eat any sushi while thereโs a canker sore situation going on. Back to this product: Apply it correctly and then leave it alone! Donโt poke at it, pick at it, try to move it, nothing. Leave. It. Just enjoy the globby, gelatinous, stuck all over your mouth pain relief it provides.

major improvement at worst
This product has genuinely improved my quality of life. If you put one on within a few hours after biting your lip, you wonโt get a canker sore almost at all. Even the worst imaginable canker sore is basically painless after just 3-4 nights of using these. Iโm really not sure what all the complaints are about.

Buy these if you have cankers.
These are the best canker remedy I've ever been able to find. I wish they weren't so expensive, but it's worth the cost, 100%. For debilitating canker pain, there's nothing better, and I've tried everything. The items came quickly, too, so plus. They need to be used according to instructions and can take getting used to, but so worth it.

It works wonderfully
Actually it works when you apply it in aright way.. the tablet is big in size but once the canker observes it then itโs more comfortable to handle. It removes the pain in the same day
