Nelstrops Self Raising Flour 16kg

I have struggled (probably like most people) to get flour from supermarkets in this Covid lock-down. I like baking biscuits and cakes and the family are always happy to indulge. This delivery literally saved my stresses as I reached the last of my flour. I know it’s over priced for the volume but I’m happy to pay that rather than the really over priced 1kg bags. It’s rather large so I prepared in advance by purchasing zip top food bags and separating it into 1.5kg bags. It has a years shelf life too. It works as flour should! Thanks so much :)

This flour works well, Have made an excellent chocolate cake (rose well, good firm but soft moist texture), and some very good scones. Good quality, White Self Raising Flour.

I don't usually write reviews but I ordered this for the obvious reason lack of supply in stores. I was a bit dubious buying online but so glad I did. It's brilliant I've not stopped baking since it arrived! The cakes rise beautifully and so light. Even if it's a bit more expensive I will be purchasing again.
