8"x8"x4" IP65 Weatherproof Junction Box | PS Plastic Electrical Enclosure | Outdoor & Indoor | Universal Conduit Project Box | 4 Pack

Good box, worked well for the project I was doing.

Works very well appreciate that they send extra tightening screws along

Great little box. Used to house a wireless reversing contactor for a linear actuator on my tilting solar arrays. Simple, water tight. Just what I needed. They might consider throwing in a few pennies and include 4 screws that fit the access holes under the cover screws for mounting. Make a great product better. Just sayin. Would I buy it again? More than likely will be as I expand.

The box looks ok and the thickness is good. Not sure it will hold up in the sun, had some bad reviews about that. I'll put a coat of grey paint on if it starts fading

I ordered one that was listed as previously owned and returned, rated Good condition with minor exterior wear and tear, at a substantial discount. This one was still wrapped in original cellophane and showed little-to-no-wear - as close to off the shelf condition as I would expect from new. Perfect size for the project I have in mind. All good - happy with purchase.

I returned a CANTEX box to Lowe’s while waiting on this to return because I needed a box with mounting standoffs. The Listing description literally says “ Polystyrene Plastic” yet the box I received says ABS multiple times as seen in the photos. Also, the mounting screw standoff pattern inside the box is different than the photos, and no where near as tall as it appears in the listing photos. The standoffs are maybe a millimeter tall and not deep enough to hold any type of screw length. Not sure what the point of including it in the casting even is. The screws are really soft plastic. Obviously not something I want to rely on being outside and susceptible to UV rays. Seems like it would get brittle and crack easily before long. The case is fairly thin plastic. I’d suggest something else, unless you just need something lightweight and temporary. Can’t speak on the water resistance as I didn’t test it.

I like this for the price. Plastic phillips screws. Not good for security, but easy to open. Seems to hold up to UV and water. It has a seal around the panel. I'd use it in resi and light commercial.

This was the best deal I could find for a larger outdoor junction box. I am using this to hold a cable that will be used in the future. This cable was run prior to finish work so access to it from inside is limited. This comes out of the wall and enters this box and is coiled up nicely. I had to drill a hole in the bottom to accommodate the cable. The cable was put into a fitting and sealed off the opening. I then mounted this to a post next to the structure. This included 2 sets of plastic screws to secure the door. One in the door and another set inside, in case you drop or lose some.

Me llego en tiempo y forma, material muy bueno, quiero comprar más solo que ta no hay en existencia, lo recomiendo al 100%.

Thanks great deal will be back A+++

Muy buen producto, bastante manejable y fácil de instalar.

Perfect for UNUN Impédance transformer for endfed antenna

This box is cheaper but so is it's quality. Every screw cracked the case. I wouldn't recommend this box for out door use.
