Have only been using the product for about 14 days so it isn’t possible yet to comment on efficacy. However as a Mercola product I anticipate that it will work and my hair will become healthy, thick and lustrous!

Holy hair, skin and nails growth, Batman! I was not too sure. These would actually work to help care and nails be healthy, but I was very pleasantly surprised. It’s not an instant thing, but after a while of taking them hair is stronger nails grow longer, I am quite impressed.

Great supplement
Fantastic quality product. Had some issues with my eyelashes and nails and I needed to strengthen them - this fit the bill. With a couple of weeks I noticed a difference. This works really well. I have taken it for years. My nails can now slip tape and plastic wrapping
Also, I lose more hair than my malamute, and don’t seem to have any lack of it, and it grows more quickly in length. I usually order it from the original seller, but I never like to run out.

Has Noticeably Reduced My Hair Fallout
I have been having a lot of hair loss that has caused my hair to be noticeably thinner, not just by me, but others have commented on it. I started taking this product for roughly a month and I there has been a noticeable reduction in hair fallout. I had been using a different biotin supplement that usually worked for me, but I believe my current hair fallout is related to diet and I thought to try a supplement with "keratin". This product works. I give four stars because I think it would have worked faster/better had the biotin been higher.
