I've had roids 2-3 times. Once cause by gym sqauts and another unknow. This last episode was probably cause by pushing out gas over a couple days. Just my guess. The Anuice device helps alot but I gave Butler's cream a try. Was back to what it should be in a couple of days. When you have issues down there, it's common to tense up which compounds the problem. Butler's cream numbs the area so you can keep your mind on more important things. Highly recommend for those with an uncommon flare ups. Use it 1-2 times daily and push the cream upward even if you don't like the idea.

I'm gonna let everyone know if you're dealing with hemorrhoids and fissures, this is the best stuff, and I tried a lot of things for my bum, no pain at all. No, itching at all.Sometimes you need to be a little graphic to let people know.Especially women, it's okay, this stuff is amazing.I would give it ten stars if I could. God Bless

I debated about writing a review for this product, but I figured if it helps one person it's worth it.I had taken a round of antibiotics after some dental work, for the second time in as many years. The side effect both times was a harder stool and ultimately led to a hemorrhoid reaction (yes, I take probiotics and plenty of fiber and water). The first time I was able to get by with a stool softener for a couple of days, but this time not so lucky. A week went by, and the pain intensified. It was excruciating, and I would be sore for hours after a BM. Preparation H wasn't cutting it either, neither was the normal stool softener. That's when I cued up Amazon for some alternatives.This product popped up first, and I almost bought it but decided against it because the main ingredients didn't seem much different than preparation H suppositories, and the price seemed exorbitant. Plus a couple of negative reviews turned me off. So I endured for three more days before I finally couldn't take it anymore and wanted to try anything. I also suspected I had a fissure because I could not really feel a hemorrhoid. So, I bit the bullet, and ordered this plus Senna-S to soften and stimulate some BMs (I know seems a bit counter intuitive but I started to withhold my BMs because of the pain).The minute I received the product, I marched to my bathroom to apply it. Except it's not a normal suppository; it's a tube with an applicator tip. Took a couple of tries to get an adequate dose, but I squeezed a bit out first and then inserted it and then squeezed some more to get a fair amount in.Wow. Within a couple of hours I felt 25% less pain. I applied a second dose about two hours later (before bed) and finally slept without too much discomfort, but the real test came the next morning. I had about 50% less pain, and with a shot of ibuprofen and finally some looser stools, I was pain free!! What a relief!!!I took three doses a day for about three days. I'm now on my fifth day and down to one dose a day. Not "cured" but I barely notice it and I'm not taking ibuprofen or stool softener. I'll try a few more days at one dose before stopping altogether.All in all this was life changing for me, with almost two weeks of complete misery relieved in a few hours. I highly recommend giving this product a shot, I wish I had tried it sooner. I will order another tube to keep in hand just in case.

I had never had this condition, so, I didn't even know what it was and how to treat it. Found this product on Amazon and got persuaded by the reviews. After days of intense pain, this product completely fixed it in 2 days, but the relief was immediate.

I've gone through two tubes now...faithful daily use. And the verdict is...this product just isn't worth it at all. I must also say that much of the criticisms in the reviews here are legit. I guess if you barely have hems/fissures then this 20 tube of vaseline isn't completely useless.But here is my experience:PRO: may be a little better than Prep H. Maybe...CON: in my experience, it was not instant relief (ever), it did not shrink inflamed tissue much if at all, yes...it did burn terribly at times.Frankly, I've tried everything but surgery. If this tube was $5 instead of $20, Id consider using it over vaseline or prep H.Epsom salt baths - short lived as the relief may be - have worked the best for me. Scrip proctofoam and compounded lidocaine did nothing for me.

I read the reviews, was in need of an emergency because I had three lumps on my hemorrhoids. I don't have medical insurance so I didnt want to go to the Doctor's. At first when using this, it did help minimize the pain a lot. I didnt use the applicator that came with the ointment. I used my fingers. I washed my fingers really clean, washed the inside of my bottom with a fitz bath really well, then applied the ointment on my lumps with one finger at a time, gently. I applied the cream around the lumps, on the sides, and bottom, tops, if needed because I noticed if I missed any side then that area would still hurt a lot.The inside of my right butt cheek (where the hemorrhoids are present) went numb which is understandable as the numbing helps with easing the pain. It did feel irritated down there but only because I had severe hemorrhoids (painful to stand, walk, sleep, sit, do anything basically). I followed the directions which was to apply no more than 4x daily. I had to apply TWICE during sleeping because it was SOO PAINFUL. I wasnt sleeping correctly. I had to elevate my right leg to reduce pressure on my hemorrhoids and it helped with the healing process. I woke up with minimized pain and the lumps are smaller than the day before, thankfully!I want to say that even though you dont feel any pain and you still have hemorrhoids, and even it the pain is minimized, please do still follow precautions. Do not do anything to strain your hemorrhoids until its fully healed. The worse thing is your hemorrhoids causing a popped blood vessle. Goodluck! Everyones healing time and severity is different! Use at your own risk, consult with your dr first if youre able to, and follow the directions.

I really wanted to love this product when I first got it. I originally purchased this around 6 months ago when I was dealing with some slight irritation from a hemorrhoid. If I had discomfort after a bowel movement, I’d apply a tiny amount of this and carry on about my day with no issues. I only used to on occasion which ended up being *maybe* once a month.About a week ago, however, I found myself a bit more itchy and irritated than usual. I applied the cream and felt instant relief. The itchiness ended up coming back within a few hours so I applied more. That night, I woke up around 3am with INTENSE itching. It felt like I had poison ivy between my cheeks. I tried to ignore it but couldn’t, so I went and applied more and went back to sleep.That following day I found myself itching like crazy. I’ve never been that itchy in my life, it was driving me insane. I started to think that maybe I had pinworms and was going to make an appointment to see a doctor if the itching didn’t subside. The only thing that helped was this cream, but the itchiness would come back within a couple hours, so I was stuck in this cycling of being insanely itchy and applying this cream. It eventually dawned on me that the insane itching and burning didnt start until I started using this cream multiple times a day.Two nights ago, I woke up with the intense itching again. I fought through it and didn’t apply the cream. The next day was really rough but I eventually made it 24 hours without using the cream. Fast forward to now and my symptoms are almost completely gone. I’m still itchy here and there but I think it’s just from the hemorrhoid itself, which I’m working on fixing now with my diet and hydration.I really do not recommend this at all. Originally I would have, but the irritation and itching that this caused me was literally unbearable. I’m scared to ever use this again even if it’s a one time thing. If you value your sanity it’s really not worth the risk.

I bought all the painkiller cream for hemorrhoids in the world. But this one is magical, it doesn’t treat the hemorrhoids but it saves you when you cannot sit or sleep from strong pain. It takes the pain in around 10 min and it last for around 4 hours . So if you suffer from huge pain I recommend it to you .
