THIS IS MY FAVORITE HOT SAUCE!!! This hot sauce is perfect in my opinion, it is delicious, thick but not too thick, hot but not too hot, and has TONS of flavor. If you like Tapatio or Cholula but wanted a little bit more of a kick, then this sauce is perfect for you! Its consistency is a lot like a BBQ sauce so its thick enough you can dip your product into it and it will stick but not so thick that it won't pour easily out of the bottle. The flavor is amazing, I literally wanted to drink it out of bottle, it is SOOOOOO good. My wife has had it as well, enjoys it, and she is not as tolerant to heat as I am. I can't say enough on how good this hot sauce is, if you're even thinking of buying it, DO IT! You won't regret it, it's so good.... seriously good!

We are a fan of the show “hot ones” and wanted to try the sauce that everyone on the show seems to like but it arrived broken and leaking. I wanted to try it so badly that I strained the sauce and put it into another container. We love the sauce, it has flavor and heat. And will buy again.

It’s really good not terribly hot and I’m gonna eat it on tacos next although it really does pair well with chicken, tacos is where it’s at for me throw on extra jalapeños and some caramelized onions mmm ok I’m hungry now but it’s worth the money for sure and with hot sauce a little goes a long way if u can’t handle the pain but this stuff taste pretty good regardless of the heat so if you’re a fan of hot ones like myself it’s worth a try. Giftable asf!

I really like the versatility of the sauce you can put it on anything. Its not that hot if you are a heat person but it still will give a little bit of a bite. The flavor is really good except that the cumin really shines through the most in the sauce where I feel like if its Mexican inspired the garlic and the peppers should really come through, maybe even some tomato. If you like that borderline Tex Mex flavor with more of a kick than Tex Mex usually offers this is the sauce for you, I personally will be buying a notch up on their scale next time because I desire more heat.

Honestly some of the best hot sauce I've ever had I don't like most store bought hot sauces bc they all just kinda taste like vinegar or are hot just for the sake of being hot and have terrible flavor this sauce is mild and I have yet to find anything it doesn't taste great on

We are fans of the "Hot Ones" show on YouTube and have seen this particular sauce in episode after episode. It seemed like everyone who tried it liked the flavor and the heat. I bought some pre-prepared wings at the grocery store and sauced them with this sauce. It has a really nice flavor (unlike some hot sauces that just give heat and no flavor). It is slightly sweet and the heat comes on gradually. The heat hits me on the tongue and lips and isn't unbearable. On the show, this is the "middle of the road" in heat and this seems to be true to form from my experience. If you want a sauce that delivers a nice amount of heat and lots of flavor, give this one a try!

This sauce is very good, has an excellent mix of flavor and hotness. My wife and I wanted to follow the chef Gordon suggestion on this sauce. He didn't disappoint, like always. The pleasure of mixing this hotness beauty is a delightful pleasure. We found out beans go very, very well with it. Worth the buy and will continue buy this sauce, because it's delicious!

This is probably one of the best hot sauces around, absolutely great for almost any meal however for $19 a bottle the bottle needs to be about triple the size, I love the sauce but it is not worth regularly restocking for how tiny the bottles are and they’ve only gotten smaller since I first started buying them
