Helped with boosting energy and suppressing appetite. The only concern for me was that I got jittery. Even tried to go down to 2 capsules a day instead of the 4 recommended but my body just was not having it.

Obvi does what it says it does, it works!! I have bought many other supplement brands and they did not do what they were suppose to help do. Obvi has helped me lose weight with of course diet change and exercise. They give you a boost, and the collagen is a bonus. I'm a menopaused woman and I need all the help I can get. I will continue to buy Obvi until I get to my desired weight. Also I don't think the capsules taste bad, I get a cotton candy flavor.

I would leave a negative star if I could! only 2 days and horrible hunger spiked to a ridiculous level. I gained 3 lbs in 2 days despite eating keto as usual! Additionally, hot flashes started up. Woke up in the middle of the night with sweat all over that I haven't had for over 10 years since my hysterectomy. I do not recommend whatsoever. Do not waste your money, time, or health especially.

Like a few others I was/am disappointed, these had no effect on weight loss for me. Took as directed and after 31 days, I've seen nothing change on my body, how I'm feeling, nothing. They are fairly easy to swallow, and I've never noticed any off taste either.

So I've been taking you for about 10 days now and I started taking it because I hit a plateau with my like weight loss. I felt like I was stuck at 201 pounds then this morning when I stepped on the scale it was at 198 pounds. So is it working a little because I haven't changed what I've been eating. I've been drinking a little more water since it mentions dehydration as a side effect, but other than that the obvi is the only difference. I have not noticed any issues with the taste and overall I think the quantity for what you get is worth it. I've tried other brands of weight loss supplements and none of them has worked as well as this one.

I actually think this worked! I haven’t bought another one yet I kind of got out of the habit but I took it consistently for about 3 to 4 weeks and I believe I actually lost a few pounds

I felt like it was helping with weight loss while it may have just been water weight I did drop down 2 pounds within the first week. However, I couldn't continue to take it. The heartburn was wild and I take nexium (a powerful antacid) so that tells you how bad the heartburn actually got. It also gave me these strong stomach cramps. It felt like when you need to find a bathroom ASAP for a number 2 possibly 3, BUT nope nothing, just the pain, and no relief. Combined with the pills not being eligible for a refund at least not via Amazon, I would say to save your money. Up to you if you want to gamble the $20 but in this economy it's just not worth it in my opinion. I do want to note that I did get the white capsules and not the pink ones. Not sure if that makes a difference in any way, but you can't exactly choose which color to receive.

I ordered this thinking it would be vegan/vegetarian. But customer service took couple of days to reply to my question to tell me that it’s not. I think this product shouldn’t be sold to the uae which is a Muslim majority country.
