NOT GLUTEN FREE!!!
Oredered because according to website this item was gluten free. Received today, however the third ingredient listed is wheat. In addition to this the product was not packaged correctly and the rice wine leaked in package. Please do not order if you suffer from gluten allergies

Not well packaged
The bottle came opened and some of the wine spilled into the packaging. The ingredients lable was destroyed. The front lable was wet and peeling off the bottle. It says on the lable it contains 15% alcohol by volume. I don't believe it. There is hardly a smell of alcohol. Maybe it dissipated when it opened. I haven't tried it in cooking yet.

Good product
I donโt know anything about rice wine and was using this to make Szechuan Chicken. It worked well for this application. It can well packed for transit but still leaked a little bit thus the 4 star vs 5.
