What is the best way to wash?

Hi. Here in Japan we buy laundry nets and put delicate fabrics in the net before tossing it in the washing machine. So that is what I do with my lovely robe. Hope this helps answer your question.

Does this robe fit a plus size 2x-3x ?

Is the inside fabric soft on the skin or slightly rough? I have a sensory issue and if it isnt soft on the inside I can't wear it.
