For context, I bought a rebounder with springs some years ago but could never get on with it and so it became the home of my ironing pile for many years before being cast aside. About 6 weeks ago, after feeling very sluggish generally, I thought about having another go. It's fair to say I was a little too enthusiastic for the first few days and ended up with pains in my calves and knees and didn't know whether to carry on or rest. I took a day off and did some ankle rotations and lo and behold the pains disappeared. I found some beginner workouts on Youtube and started again. I am menopausal, and have put a little bit of weight on which I am not happy about, but am determined to get my shape back. I also think it's important to keep legs strong and balance in check for the next season of my life. Oh my goodness, I can already see my cellulite is so much better in 6 weeks and my shape is changing; my belly fat is literally melting. I then started to look at other rebounders because mine seemed small in comparison to those used in the workouts I was watching and discovered different sizes, spring or bungee etc. It's taken me a few weeks to decide which rebounder to purchase but decided on the Fit Bounce Pro XL for the size, bungees and excellent reviews, rather than go for a bigger brand name. The rebounder has arrived today. It is quite heavy to lift out of the box, but manageable. It comes in a fantastic quality waterproof bag with handles. On unzipping the bag, the rebounder is enclosed in a polythene bag along with DVD, spare bungees and instruction manual. It took me some force and strength to unfold the rebounder, but I managed it myself. I followed clear instructions set up which took 5 minutes tops. A couple of the bungees had come loose but it was no problem to reattach them. Now for the moment of truth... I absolutely cannot believe the difference in bounce. In comparison, the old spring rebounder feels clunky as well as very noisy and the bounce area had no stability (I now realise). The Fit Bounce Pro is an absolute dream, being silent and very smooth and stable. I tried the health bounce and could immediately tell the difference - it was beautiful! I am so excited for my new journey with rebounding and think given the difference, I may have to 'start again' as I get used to the difference. Just on immediate experience, I would definitely recommend this particular model if you have the space. It feels like a great investment in my fitness journey and also in my health.

I really love this rebounder. I did a huge amount of research before buying it but really didn't want to spend the kind of money that a Bellicon costs and I'd seen mixed reviews about the Bellicon ones' springs needing to be replaced, or substituted, just adding further to the cost. It's really strong, quiet and solid and a year on, still looks like new (I always wear socks when I use it), not showing any wear, even though it's had a lot of use. I have had to stop using it for a while, purely due to a maxillo-facial operation but now I'm looking forward to being about to get bouncing again. I almost always put YouTube on the TV whilst bouncing and either bounce to music videos, or the many rebounder workouts that are available on there. This rebounder did also come with a whole library of videos but to be honest, I really prefer just boing-ing to upbeat songs like the Beegees Stayin' Alive or Abba songs! :) I also usually use weights 1kg-3kg so that I'm moving and exercising my arms and giving them a workout at the same time! I did also try 'killing two birds with one stone' by bouncing whilst watching videos on topics that interest me but I have found that the music ones work best for me if I want to have a more vigorous and focused workout. It's also brilliant and SO practical that it folds away in its lightweight carry case, which was definitely a factor when choosing one of this size. I'd also contacted the company before and after buying and the customer service from Liza was absolutely fantastic - she was SO lovely and really comprehensively answered my many, many, pre-purchase questions. I'm very happy with my decision to go for this brand and the XL size. The whole family use it, although it is mostly me! I do recommend also watching a YT video to see how to fold it down if you're doing it without a 2nd pair of hands. The video I found really helpful was "FIT BOUNCE PRO II Bungee Rebounder Already Assembled | Half Folding, Silent & Beautifully Designed" by Focus and Motivation on YT. (I'm not affiliated or connected with this YouTuber in any way - it's just the one that I found worked perfectly.) I probably followed along with this video for the first couple of times of folding it away and then it was easy to do, once I knew the best way how. Every aspect of my purchase of this has been positive - from the customer care to the use of it and all the health benefits, whilst being fun.

As a runner, I was looking for a product that would help to strengthen my ankle joints as well as improve my general fitness levels. The Fit Bounce Pro had been recommended to me by a fellow runner but I decided to go for the Fit Bounce Pro XL as I was attracted to the larger bouncing area which allows for more freestyle movements and I felt it would be easier to use. I was very impressed with the speed of delivery and how easy it was to put the rebounder up. I was bouncing within minutes of it arriving! The legs are strong and sturdy and I felt confident and secure from the start. I was worried about the rebounder taking up a lot of room but it easily folds in half and can be stored away. In fact, mine stays up all the time and is so addictive I find it very difficult to walk past without jumping on for a quick bounce! Although I bought it for myself, the whole family are enjoying the fun and fitness benefits of rebounding which is an added bonus. The one thing we all agree on is that bouncing is brilliant! To really get the most out of the rebounder I would definitely recommend using the Online Workouts. They are very easy to follow and there are different types of workouts that vary in duration and focus. I can choose to do a quick HIIT or a longer cardio session, or choose a workout that targets a specific area such as core strength. There really is a session to fit into everyone’s lifestyle. Although I have only owned the rebounder for a few weeks, I can already feel the benefits, not only in my ankles but also in my knees, feet and core strength too. It is definitely a stress buster; I think bouncing brings out my inner child! In my opinion, the Fit Bounce Pro XL offers very good value for money compared to other quality bungee models and is a first class product!

Delighted with my rebounder. Excellent study quality. Larger size; bought the handrail was a seperate order also excellent quality too. Glad I bought it; it definitely gave me confidence as a beginner. The unit came folded; it took two adults to lay it open has a strong spring, fitting legs and rail I did myself. It's great fun to use. I've left it in my dining room, and everyone who visits wants a 'bounce'. One word to describe my rebounder: QUALITY! 100% definitely a keeper. Highly recommend if you want the larger size, foldable, and already corded out of the box. The handle was a separate order but worth it. It has an adjustable height too.

Very happy with it. It’s quiet, sturdy and stable. However, it was very hard to assemble. I am happy with its quality as when jumping on it, the stability is GREAT!! Great size, excellent value for money and as a starter on bouncing exercise, couldn’t be happier!! No photos as my room is a mess…

This rebounder is very well made. Quality construction materials and solidly put together. I was going to buy a cheaper one but I wanted the folding legs. I’m glad I went for this one! Bought some utility hooks at the same time and fold it to hang it up filled on the wall of the laundry room like a bicycle. Out of the way but handy to get to. Folded it also fits under the love seat. I’m so glad I spent the extra money. And the bouncing? It makes you feel like a kid again! So if your life has been a bit void of just plain fun lately, this rebounder will make you smile again. Just put on music with a good beat and dance! I few years ago I had a cheaper adult re-bounder but the pad was hard and gave me headaches when using it, I ended up giving it away. BUT!! I'm REALLY pleased I decided to give the MAXIMUS XL PRO a chance; this is a LOVELY piece of equipment, sooo glad I pushed the financial boat out and bought this size not a smaller one; the XL PRO feels safe and secure upon which to do different exercises. I'm nearly 62 years and as my fitness levels are flat on the floor so I have begun with just a couple of minutes at a time so as not to overdo it as it's seemingly effortless; I'm surprised just which muscles ache afterwards which encourages me. The bounce is gentle and I find I'm actually looking forward to getting back onto my re-bounder day after day. It is a quality product but what I didn't realise was just how many benefits it aids your body with: core strength & pelvic floor, bladder control, aiding lymphatic circulation, improving immune system, burns calories, improves posture, balance, coordination & bone density - any and all of which are a bonus for me! I'm quite an independent person & tried to open the trampoline from half to whole by myself but found it a little awkward luckily my husband came in to give a hand - to which I would say if you are on your own, get a friend to help you its well worth it - I love it ! Wegen des hohen Preises habe ich lange überlegt, aber letzt endlich wegen der guten Rezensionen für das Fit Bounce Pro XL mit Haltegriff entschieden und habe es nicht bereut! Das Gerät ist für eine Person alleine in 20 min gut aufzubauen. Es steht stabil auf 6 Füßen, die mit einem Griff aufgestellt und auch wieder umgelegt werden können. Kein Schrauben. Es lässt sich zusammenklappen (auch von einer Person!) und gut wegräumen. Der Haltegriff stört nicht die Bewegung und ist m.E. nach nicht nur für die Balance wichtig, sondern erlaubt ein ganz anderes Spektrum von Bewegungen, die man ohne Griff nicht machen könnte. Durch den Griff können sogar die Arme mittrainiert werden und der Oberkörper effektiver twisten. Ich würde also unbedingt dazu raten. Kleines Manko in meinem Fall: die seitlichen Stellschrauben am Haltegriff sind asymmetrisch (eine zur Seite, eine etwas nach vorne, stört aber nicht die Funktion.) Der Griff wackelt ein bisschen, aber ich denke, bei dem kurzen Schaft und der langen restlichen Strecke lässt sich das kaum vermeiden. Stabilen Halt gibt er trotzdem. Die große Sprungfläche erlaubt viele seitliche und Vor- und Zurück-Bewegungen, die Seile sind gut abgedeckt, und man bleibt nicht mit den Füßen in den Zwischenräumen stecken. Die Low-Impact Seilfederung ist ein Genuss für Wirbelsäule und Gelenke und es quietscht überhaupt nicht, ein hervorragendes Trainingsgerät, das mit viel Spass und wenig Mühe in kurzer Zeit fit macht. Fazit: Der Preis ist hoch, trotzdem, eindeutige Kaufempfehlung!

My wife and I were researching trampolines and were attracted to this one because it could handle both our weights (120 lbs and 190 lbs), it was readily available in Canada (Amazon.ca), and it folds up! It also includes a durable carrying case and removable padding. We have had the rebounder for about three weeks now. The bungee rebound experience is quiet and smooth and easy on the joints. Our whole family loves to use it; our kids have been active on house-bound winter days all day long! Our 11 year old says “it feels like zero gravity and safe even with the padding removed because there is a mesh guard around the edge anyway.” We have been able to complete YouTube workouts from any brand using our FitBounce Pro XL. The initial set up was effortless, and so is folding/unfolding the trampoline. It has proven to be a worthwhile investment to the health and enjoyment of our family. The company was also very quick to respond to our questions and concerns.
